Had a small issue with my order but it was quickly resolved by the company. So far so good.

My son loves the gloves there was a problem with the order which was sorted after a few emails

My son, has had several pairs of gloves since August just not being able to find “the one” since we’ve brought him hundred gloves he loves them from when they arrived. His padded under layers are perfect, definitely what he needed.

The team where fantatsic dealing with my issue, They responded the same day and couldnt do enough to rectify my problem.I would reccomend this company and more importantly product to anyone looking for goalkeeping kit

Ordered my second pair of gloves from Hundred this morning. The discount code (which I purposely signed up for) stated it had already been used. This was disappointing, as I was hoping to save 10% (single parent). I ordered and had to pay £3 delivery protection which I do not agree with. I also stated that I would not be ordering from Hundred again.
Anyway (positive time), shortly after purchasing, I received an email asking me to review the service. I sent an honest email back about how the discount code I was awarded on sign up did not work, how disappointed I was, how they should offer discounts to customers as incentives to reorder and how I feel that the delivery protection should be optional.
Shortly after, Joy emailed me to thank me for my honest review and to let me know that she will pass on my review. She also informed me that they have refunded the delivery protection fee and also given me a free gift (worth £19.99). As a single parent to a goalkeeper who plays for 3 teams, it costs me a lot of money, so saving where I can is imperative. Joys customer service was fantastic, as a single parent herself, she understood how saving every penny is important for us mums. My daughter is thrilled about the free gift too (hugely helpful to her) and when she requires her next pair of gloves, I will be willing to order again.

Avoid this company. I paid for next-day delivery and waited over three weeks. When the order finally turned up, one item was wrong, and even after I sent photo evidence, they refused to send a replacement unless I went through their return process and posted it back myself.

The gloves are cheap and nowhere near the quality of The One Glove Company, though the Protekt gear is decent.

Awful communication, poor quality control, and no sense of customer care. Never again.

My son order gloves and a few other bits . when they arrived the delivery driver was looking for 80€ for custom charges, which we refused to pay and sent the order back expecting a refund. But they will not refund my sons money even though they have the products back . Very poor attitude and customer service. please stay away from this company .

We ordered goal keeper gloves from 100 - our daughter is very fussy when it comes to her gloves, and we heard good things about 100. Also - The customer service from 100 and Joy was amazing, very responsive. My daughter have said she will definitely use 100 gloves and gear from now on ! Well worth the money ! Quality is really good !

Had a issue with a order and joy sorted it out and was excellent throughout all of it!

First off delivery was meant to be in 2 days .
When I chased the order they said it was a pre order (It wasn’t).
When the gloves arrived size 6 they about a size 9/10 I buy a lot of gloves so know my child’s size.
Tried to get a refund / No refund policy just store credit .
No reply about returns.
Will never use again.
Ordered from one glove next day delivery so do that !

The quality of the gloves are really good they have a good grip and are comfy to wear. The sizeing is good to.

We had a ln issue with our delivery, however an email to Joy at 100 glove helped resolve our issue really quickly and she kept us informed along the way.

Will definitely be buying form 100 Glove again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I was sent a defective item which cannot be used. I have emailed numerous times, messaged on Facebook and twitter but nothing no response. This is the worst customer service I have
ever received. All they do it take your money and send you rubbish.
Update they have now blocked me from their social media … they’ve got time to block people but not reply 🧐🧐

I ordered a 3-pair glove bundle for 170 euros back in the end of july. After about a week, I got a message from UPS, saying that I had to pay an additional 70 euros for border control (since I live in Belgium), in order for my parcel to be delivered.

I was shocked by this, since the webshop clearly stated "no extra fees - we cover all taxes". I sent multiple emails about this misleading information, but customer service apparently didn't bother to hold themselves accountable for this.

Annoyed by the entire situation, I still would have payed the extra 70 euros just so I could get the gloves, but UPS never showed up! They also didn't give me an option to drop the parcel in the nearest pick-up point, so it got irreversibly sent back to Hundred. This returned parcel arrived on august 26th.

Since then, I tried contacting customer service multiple times, asking when I would receive my store credit so I could reorder, but without any response... This means that so far, the processing of my return has been taking 48 DAYS!

So here I am now: waiting for almost 2 months for Hundred to give me my store credit, so I can then happily pay an additional 70 euros, which I didn't account for earlier on. It's really that or being left empty-handed with 170 euros of expenses. I can't even ask for a refund, since this is apparently not included in their terms of service, although the webshop clearly stated "money-back guarantee"!

Remind me, aren't these kinds of false advertisements, like, illegal?

So thanks, Hundred, for your poor service, your misleading webshop, and your "no monetary refund policy"!

My 10 year old son has used Hundred Glove for around a year now. Both gloves and the padded base layers.

The padded base layers wash really well and the pads are not too bulky that they would get on the way.

My son has tried several other gloves brands and says that Hundred are his favourite. Reason being the fit and comfort. Little hands can be tricky to find the right fit and for him Hundred are the best.

All the gloves we've had have been of excellent quality and we've never had to return any.

As the parent I find the gloves and base layers easy to care for. The base layers surviving my tumble dryer is a game changer for a child that's playing 6 times a week!

The bundles are really good for helping to keep costs sensible.

As a parent of a U11 keeper who trains 3/4 times a week with matches on Saturdays it’s hard to find quality gloves that pass the test of time, are comfortable, have a good grip and look good. My daughter is the one wearing the gloves so she has the final say and chose to try out Hundred Titan gloves in black and pink.
In her words “ the look great and are really comfy” after using them at her Saints Training session they have now become her favourite glove (and she has a lot of different gloves).

The customer service has also been great with regular updates and communication.

Sophia is already looking to see what her next pair will be from Hundred

Joe and hundred have been superb with their quality of products and very efficient with deliveries. Not only is it full of nice people, hundred have helped me grow with content and are always willing to help others! For me, they are up there with one of the best as a brand and as people aswell! Highly recommend to all gks both youth and old who want to enjoy a great pair of goalkeeper gloves and even essentials!

Best gloves I’ve worn, durable and grippy. Made very well and clothing is top training gear too.

My son loves 100 gloves he had about 6 pairs. In about 7 year's will not put everything else on.
