Placing the order was straightforward, but choosing the right cigar as a gift for my older brother’s birthday wasn’t easy—there’s a great variety of styles, sizes, and strengths. In the end, I think he’ll be pleased with my choice.

I've used this company online and also visited the shop and can't fault either experience. Cigars arrived in good time and as ordered from my online order, then wwas helped when I went in the shop too.

Just be aware it doesn't have a shop front really, it's upstairs from another place, you have to call up.

Just ordered 2 cigars And a cigar cutter both came next day with tracked 24, and they package it in bubble wrap to protect them from damage. Very happy with my purchase will be ordering again from here soon.

I actually received my item and there was issues with delivery so I left a good review regardless spent over £100 and went yesterday and tried to place an order and wouldnt let me for some reason so I emailed them and they said they need to see ID for my name and the email name as I have my recently passed brothers email and thinks I'm a scammer but they got payed and I got my order for my last order and the communication with the staff are actually disgusting you get treated better of temu no joke how they get good reviews but surely there's lots of ppl out there who don't use there name in there emails I have an email that I used many years ago of my nickname u can use what ever email u want he said he needs ID 🪪 before i can place and order and I even gave the company a good reviews even when they was rude to me but because I was asking where my parcel was as it was taking to long they got rude I showed my family and said they call them selves professional I have one star ⭐ they don't even deserve that but anyone I'd avoid as this company is a joke I've gone else where and the company is actually does the items I wanted cheaper than this shop and better attitude I know he will reply saying I'm being a fraud but fraud is not having an email with a different name ppl have animals named in the emails I have 2 main emails I use I use this one for shopping and other for work asif I use my work one I will be getting news letters and deals of things of brought and will clog up my inbox but moral of the story u may have been about for years I don't no if u was having a bad week but u treated me wrong because I asked can u check where my parcle is as it's over due and u said why using that email not ur own but it was my own my brother's name which I stated to you who sadly passed and you said u wanted ID how heartless of you to ask for my dead brothers ID u said u need to check if this is a legimate transaction and as u can see you have your money 💰 no one has complained off fraud and using there card at your store 🏬 it's been 2 weeks so tells you everything if I did fraud like u said surely u would have been contacted and money would of been recalled. Because it hasn't because I'm not a fraud or.a criminal I'm law adiding citizen who wanted some cigars and u treat me unfair u need to sort your attitude out as u call me a fraud when u are a guy who thinks he's got power because u she a big store but news flash there's more ppl that sell cigars than you I told u I was referred by a friend saying cigars where nice and I told him and showed him what u said to me I have all the emails and he said he ain't shopping with you but 2 ppl losing isn't a bother to u but u treat everyone like u did me and u won't have a company u need to respect ppl and ID for cigars are you having a laugh I thought I'd was a wing up I even gave u a great review regardless as I didnt wanna tarnish ur reviews ok here but ppl need to no if anyone reads this if your parcel is taking long and u use an email that doesn't have your name on but I used my name from billing and delivery address email them and see the response u get avoid this company at all costs yeah might have good reviews but u don't see the bad ones here and there and I'm not the only 1 that's why he's not 5 star on trust pilot I will never buy again or refer anyone be careful guys looks are deceiving go else where

Cigar arrived in good shape, ready to light up and enjoy. I didn't have to cure or store it in a humidor, it was ready to go right out the pack.

One cigar arrived broken the other one was excellent tho needed better postage protection had a good newyear anyway
