I returned an item, which I had to do to China, but this was not advertised on their website and I had to pay nearly £14 for postage. I posted it through tracked service with Royal Mail on 3rd September and I am still waiting for my refund! Not only that, I had made several complaints but every time I get the same response that they will look into it and I am still waiting for a reply! It’s a scam! Terrible product, terrible service and they do not refund you!

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I ordered from a shop I wasn't familiar with. I ordered 5 pairs of linen trousers, following the size guide and checking they were cotton or linen. When they arrived 4 were too big and one pair was too small, about a third smaller than the others, they were all polyester. I contacted them about a refund and I was asked to pay $9.99 per pair to return them.. I'm not paying that so I'll make them work, however the one small pair are not usable, I want a refund and they are doing the same as others have said, offering all sorts of discounts.. these trousers are unusable. I don't hold out any hope of getting a refund.

I ordered a dress which was not to the expectations at all, The refund process is very frustrating, continueing to offer me alternatives or a discount, I just want a refund!!

Absolutely awful, ordered some shoes that were allegedly meant to be over £100 in their sale. They arrived and they are awful quality, the glue is visible on tops of the shoes, there are gaps in the leather where they haven’t been made properly and they feel like they would snap instantly if you tried to wear them. The website clearly says that they are based in Croydon, however when I have tried to return the shoes they have asked me to send it to China at my own cost. Their customer service team keep offering either a partial refund of 15 or 20%.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a scam and delivers items that are not as advertised. When you try to return the item the company then makes you jump through hoops and never actually returns your money!

Scam web site. Order clothes for wife’s birthday. They never shipped and now I can’t get a refund.

I ordered a pair of linen trousers. The item that arrived is 100% POLYESTER! The returns process involves tracked shipping to China, and I'm not confident that a refund will follow. They have offered me 15% refund but I'm still very unhappy! They do not send you what you order. AVOID!

If I could give minus 5 I would avoid at all cost trying to return an item as there sizing come up small and trying to get a refund is virtually impossible registered company in Croydon but good need to be return to china at customers expense then they can’t track your returned goods after a million emails avoid at all cost

My whole experience with this company was awful i have ended up with no product and no refund customers relations is a disgrace would never buy anything from these

I can’t believe I ordered before checking reviews I never do that but I did and it was awful! I ordered a dress for a wedding (a month before said wedding as well!) it arrived after the event but was not “true to size” at all like they stated online was way to big and fabric felt terrible! I went to return it so I emailed them only for them to say I can have a new dress in a different size but would have to pay £10 to get it! When I said no I don’t want the dress they didn’t reply and just sent me a how would you rate your experience email! So they haven’t helped me at all and lost money and got a dress that is horrible! Would never order anything from this company again!

Dreadful experience. Poor quality top. When I asked to return it as per the website it states a Croydon return address. The company withheld this and kept offering a discount to keep the garment. I refused and pressed for the return address. The return address was then given as an address in China which costs £20 to return to. They have refused to refund the shipping costs to China and have refused a return to Croydon. The issue remains unresolved by Rosalie.

This business is not sister owned "dream come true" boutique in Georgia, or anywhere in the USA. When I attempted to return items that didn't arrive in time for my daughters wedding I had to pay 50.00 to return them to China and now 2 months later I not only haven't received my guaranteed refund - I am not getting any responses from my inquiries! 0 stars, being misleading and taking advantage of people in the name of money is disgusting in my opinion.

So incredibly disappointed! DO NOT buy from this company. Ordered what looked like cute cotton overalls and when they arrived they were 100% polyester and cheaply sewn together. I tried to get a refund and they pushed the 20%-50% refund which I did not want to take. After spending money to ship back to CHINA on April 30, the refund has still not been processed and today is June 24. Complete loss of money. Buyer beware.

The delivery was acceptable and arrived without any issues, though the overall service felt fairly standard with nothing particularly outstanding.

I ordered a dress a month ago on April 21 from Rosalie Charleston and pd.for it then. It never came. After numerous inquiries, they said it was lost in shipment and they would send another one. Today it came. Terrible quality. No labels other than saying it was a XL-and it was a M at the most. It was to be at least ankle length and it came to my knees. I am 5 ft. tall. No hem! I would not even send this to a Thrift Store. I pd. $54,95. They tried to talk me into accepting a 20% refund saying among other things that it would save gas on the postal carriers vehicle and save me the cost of paying return postage. I wish I had checked here before ordering. I have learned my lesson.

I ordered 2 overall jumpsuits. Took a very long time and quality wasn’t as described. Material reminds you of bedsheets. At the time I couldn’t find info on how to send back. It disappeared from my feed. Very disappointed but am stuck with product. Order #613973 for a total of $101.66 USD before taxes.

I bought a velvet midi dress and I do love the colour and the overall design it photographs wonderfully. However, I found that the zip at the back is slightly stiff and required some effort to fasten smoothly. For the price, I expected a more polished finish on the hardware.
The delivery arrived within the estimated timeframe and the packaging was fine, though not as premium as I'd seen others describe. I contacted support about the zip issue and they were helpful, offering to send a replacement. I appreciated that, and it bumped my rating up slightly.
