I've been smoking hookah for a few years and choose to come here sure because y'all have more variety of options and actually carry vanilla flavored hookah(which is my favorite)

I understand your frustration, and I want to clarify our process. While you did reach out within the initial timeframe, we requested additional information to properly assess the issue and offer a resolution. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our follow-ups.
Additionally, as per our return policy, items must be returned within 30 days. Since that timeframe has passed and the item has been used, we are unable to accept the return at this point. We appreciate your understanding.

Great Product But!
Great Product!! However, no real assembly instructions in the box so I had to use YouTube. Also, I was missing one of the stainless bearings that go inside the hookah to regulate the air and smoke. Lastly, when I try to join the Vyro group from the QR code provided in the box the website and club membership no longer works!! Overall, great hookah but terrible overall support for complaints and Q&A.

Outstanding Shisha
My only wish was that the delivery fee was lower, but if you order in bulk you can mitigate that. Other than that, I'm a huge fan of the service.
