I needed a small carpet for my spare bedroom & found a perfect offcut with The Home Flooring Store at a good price. It arrived very quickly, well wrapped & the driver kindly put it in the hall for me. Great service, will definitely revisit should I need another carpet.

The price was reasonable hence ordered vinyl and adhesives.The delivery of the vinyl came late, had to chase it up, then found adhesive is missing, had to write them, no reply so far, so in short Im still waiting to do the flooring and its over 2 weeks.

By far the best carpet ever slowly changing each room in my house to carpet we didn’t want something to dark or to light but we found one on here! Will definitely be ordering the rest of our carpets from here

Had a lovely experience with The home flooring company store. I would like to point out Jack wood, whom was very helpful. He helped me with the measurements of my floor and calculated he total I'd need. Calculating this myself I would have ordered far too much carpe. Great service, great price and lovely carpet.

Also to add, the courier company tuffnellls was fantastic! Quick, helpful and polite staff :).

Mostly happy, although one of the remnants ordered had a big hole about 10cm from the edge, thankfully I had ordered a larger size than the room required but in terms of quality checking, this should not have gone out at that price as the usable amount of carpet was in fact less. So I should have paid less. However, I would put this down to a one off error and based upon customer service, delivery and quality of product, I would recommend and not hesitate in using again.
