Great company. Called me to confirm when my flooring would be delivered. It arrived 2 days later.

Waited over 2 months for delivery with no contact unless I contacted them for an update. 4 of the boards I needed were chipped as they opened and sent me half of a pack so were loose during transportation. Sent photos and was told by Connor who works there they would be dispatched to replace them and be delivered on Tuesday. I waited in all day that day and the next incase it was delayed they never turned up. I’ve emailed 3x now and no response. Avoid this company honestly not worth the hassle atall

I bought floor on 16 November paid 3500£. Waited 4 weeks for flooring. Phone them up. They said we got delayed in from the supplier. Now we got you stuff but company changed his name and it's exact the same product wich I refused to buy it and asked for refund. Then they started to force sale the product wich I never ordered. Finally after 7 weeks got refund involving my bank in it. While they had my money i missed all the other black Friday and xmas offers from buying other retailers. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Not delivered on time. I've placed order on 23rd December knowing it won't be delivered sooner than after new year. Contacted company on the 2nd of Jan asking when I can expect the delivery. I'd have been happy with any date really. They said it be the following Tuesday. I've made arrangements etc and on that day I've found out it be delivered on Wednesday!? I've paid extra for next day delivery and this hasn't been fulfilled. They excuse is that the courier hasn't picked it up. And for 50 quid delivery charge they offered 10 compensation. This is outrageous and disgusting. Wont be using their services again.

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered a sample on 5th December, received email saying it was awaiting collection? Tried to contact them dozens of times and didn't get a response, even from the bot! Absolute shambles do not do business with these scammers

Order accepted and then I found out it wasn't in stock so agreed to wait. Received an email to say it had been dispatched and when it didn't arrive I emailed and was told that this was automatically generated and they still didn't have the stock available! Initially they communicated well but then nothing. After weeks without my flooring I requested a refund via email and got no response. I emailed again and still no response. I finally emailed a third time advising the company that I would have to report them. After that I was refunded but without any other communication. Rubbish customer service. Wonder if they sell flooring they know isn't available in the hope you'll change your order to something they do have or hope that you'll forget/not bother to chase the refund. I'll never shop with them again or recommend the company.

We've used them since 2017, and again in 2021 & 2024 and done all the downstairs laminate with them without a hitch. Good price and packages arrive safety, and the one hitch we had was fixed super quick in 48 hrs and our flooring job wasnt delayed. Chap on the phone was polite and friendly. Product we bought has lasted well given the punishment it gets from kids and pets.

I would give 0 if that were an option.
I ordered flooring and spent over £500 at the start of November.

I was contacted within 48 hours to say my order was out of stock and it was expected to arrive by the end of that week or the start of the following week. They did offer an alternative but I was happy to wait.

The following day I received an email to say my order had been shipped - I thought great! I thought it was weird I wasn't given a specific delivery date considering it was such a large order, there was also no tracking information given so couldn't track where the order was.

I spoke to someone two weeks later using the online chat. They told me that my order was out of stock still and they didn't know when they would be expecting it to arrive. I asked them to chase the manufacturer and then get back to me by the end of the week with an update otherwise I'll be requesting a refund. I was told they would get back to me.

I chased them - using the online chat, calling the phone number, using the online email section on their website. No response. I did this for 4 days - no response on anything!!

I ended up disputing the transaction with the bank to get a refund as the company are absolutely useless.

Don't do it unless you want to be scammed!

I have had to contact this company twice regarding an issue with delivery, nothing to do with them, and on both occasions have found them to be extremely help, pleasant and efficient. It's so nice to be able to actually have a real conversation with a live person rather than a robot. They are keeping me up to date with my deliveries and if the flooring is as good a quality as the sample I am going to be thoroughly delighted.

Absolute cow boys!! Waited 2 days for any communication. Got an email to pay outstanding separate delivery costs, which I did straight away. To then be told my item is out of stock and my order is being cancelled, rather than provide me with a like for like product put the customer at a disadvantage. As now I have to try and wait for both of my refunds to then find a company that has their s@it together! A phone call from the apparent manager, who sounded like he’d just woken up from a 2 day bender! Stay well away shocking customer service

I ordered the wrong thing by mistake. I phoned the next morning to cancel which they said was fine. They confirmed I’d receive confirmation via email, I was waiting on the refund to order the correct thing. Today ( a week later) the bank confirmed no refund has been sent. So the order was cancelled yet they didn’t send a refund, not good enough.

I have now opened a dispute with the bank

The delivery was a disaster. The driver left the flooring on a pallet in the middle of the sidewalk and walked away. He didn't even deliver it to my door. Two separate items, without boxes, were scratched and dented. I don't recommend this.

I've used this company over an 18 month period and overall I am happy with their service. The product is of good quality and where required their human communication is also very good, very helpful and very clear.

It would be five stars except for their website. It seems awkward to navigate, the 'chat' button is in front of the overall price, scroll up and chat button stays in the way.

The standard delivery price is £10 more expensive than the overnight delivery charge which just leaves me thinking there is an error somewhere and doesn't leave me feeling confident with my purchase.

The delivery company they use isn't FedEx when it arrives despite it being FedEx tracking and beading arrives separately from flooring which seems odd and whoever the local carrier is insists on leaving the wooden pallets; for a private purchase that seems strange and is very difficult to then get rid of.

Happy with the product and their human customer service, always a bit concerned when navigating their website and the 'chat' features doesn't really help, one is better off speaking directly to them.

Scammers. Will let you place an order then will email you to pay separate shipping fees. Essentially holding your money hostage while trying to steal money that said free delivery.

I wish that I had read the reviews before dealing with the ineptitude of this bunch!
Obviously their website is not updated, allowing orders for out of stock goods and not costing delivery charges correctly. Paying for goods after cancellation of order and then waiting 17 days for a refund and that was only after chasing it for a few days. I had to throw my dummy out of the pram, and surprise, the refund appears in my bank! They did tell me it had already been refunded, to check my bank! The reason I knew it HADN'T been refunded was because I had been checking my bank😳 Funny how it appears the next day????
