Purchased Day 2 test for an on-site test. Initially went to the wrong place, as information on their website was awful, and the only address was not the test centre, but the place only where they process the tests. No address was given in the confirmation email - just a time and date, very helpful.

First place I went to, one lady rudely tried to correct my English when I said I had an appointment (she thought I meant a collection). This is because they dont know how to tell customers where they are located, and so you go to the collection centre, the only address on their website, not the correct one. The next lady was lovely.

Arriving finally at the correct centre and recieving the test, they initially got my details wrong and gave me a test intended for someone aged 6 (it said born 2015 in big numbers on the packet). I went back and got the correct test - this process from arriving to recieving my test took 35 minutes. There was only one other customer there in the first 5 minutes. After getting the correct test, there were no instructions inside. The tests are asked to be left in a bin outside the building, where anyone could take them (I doubt they would, but still). It did not feel professional.

The test came back as unclear. It initially cost £15. I was told that I must do another (a service done so for free in many places), but this will cost me £25. They did offer a discount (from £75 to £25) but still, I explained the situation, and that it is not my fault their test failed, and another should be sent free of charge. They would not budge.

All around terrible service - but they at least were polite and accommodating (minus the first one).

Leaving 1 star because I am isolating over Christmas, rather than recieving the test I was promised and seeing my family.

Sent day two samples off last Sunday they’ve still not made it to the lab. We’re still not allowed out, the whole exercise was always an expensive waste of time and money, now it seems it’s a complete waste of time and money as it’s very likely the ten days will be up before we get a result.

I've used health hub twice now for tests when travelling abroad and have had no issues . I've contacted the customer service a few times with questions via online chat and everytime they have been helpful.

Thanks for your reply Jade. As I have told your team until I was blue in the face, I received no card with links or reference numbers for my tests. All that was in the package were two lat flow tests and piece of paper with my order number on it. So to say there were ref numbers etc is untrue in this case.Also, when my staff take a well deserved rest, I let clients know rather than leaving them hanging on the phone for hours. I eventually got contact with an on line chat on Saturday morning after sending a message on Friday evening. That’s a 12 hour wait! Sadly the person who I was chatting to was unable to help me. I have blocked the CC payment as I feel I have been conned.

Loyd at the Health Hub was very professional and swift. The postcode of the location is confusing, however, the price and the response time of the tests are spot on. I would highly recommend and use again.

I sent an email asking some questions about the on-site testing and Diana answered to me very quickly and was very helpful!!

Extremely disappointed in the service. Ordered two fit to fly tests, on a next day delivery, for delivery today, the 17th December. What they neglected to advise is that any orders after 3pm will be shipped the next day. Still let you pick the next day delivery though, even though it’s not possible. By the time the tests arrive, it’ll be too late. Poor service!

As expected, a template response, neglecting to take on board the points raised, putting the blame on the customer, rather than accept responsibility. It’s not at all clear during the ordering process. It clearly states next day delivery as standard. Nothing else.
