My experience when I took day 2 test…
My experience when I took day 2 test was good, as the result came pretty fast and the kits were delivered on time. Reverse is the case after taking day 8 test on 11th December. Today is 16th, I am yet to receive my result. This is frustrating and not a good at all.

Thanks for leaving a review, I'm glad to hear the tests were delivered in time and your day 2 results were speedy and sufficient.
In terms of your day 8 test, I have checked the return for your sample for day 8 and can see this is still with royal mail, the most recent update says it is due to be delivered to the lab today.
The tracked 24 service is intended for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. This can take 1-2 working days. Please take note of your tracking number to check on the delivery status of your returned sample.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control or lost samples.

Our test failed
Our test failed. It took ( to long) to get a reply on the mail and sad there wasn’t a telephone number on the mail to say the test was invalid. Once we knew we had to contact Laura, the next steps where done quickly and the communication with her was friendly and efficient.

ordered a fit to fly pcr last weds
ordered a fit to fly pcr last weds. It arrived Thursday and my son did the sample and sent it back same day. we were still waiting for the results by midday Saturday - he was due to fly Saturday at 730pm. we chased and chased and were told it was being processed. we were then told an hour or so later that the lab couldn't find it and I was issued a full refund. as a result, my son couldn't fly on Saturday and we had to book another pcr through another company and he flew on Monday instead. The health hub really need to sort themselves out - left hadn't doesn't know what the right hand are doing! they should offer compensation for the missed flight and time wasted but havent !!!

I sincerely apologise for your sample going missing, this is an unusual case and unfortunately we cant tell if it was royal mail that lost it or the lab, if this was not a pre departure we would of sent out a free replacement, but since your son was due to catch his flight we thought it best to process a full refund.
Again i do really apologise for the inconvenience this has caused your son.

The LFT’s arrived bang on time &…
The LFT’s arrived bang on time & everything seemed to be okay until we went to do the tests to find that there was no activation card with the tests, then ensued phone calls to get this sorted which in all fairness the staff on the phone were really helpful but could of been avoided if they’d sent the activation cards!! Trying to use the web site to record the tests was frustrating at best, couldn’t scan QR codes & couldn’t upload photos
Got there in the end but was a nerve racking experience!!

I sincerely apologise for the dispatch mistake with the verification cards not being included in the parcel, i understand how stressful covid testing is in itself without the worry of certain parts of the test not arriving. I can assure you this was a one time error and i will communicate with our dispatch team to see what we can do to make sure something like this doesn't happen again.

Used a few times. Got caught up in the government changes and our scheduled delivery was confirmed then cancelled at the last minute before turning up a couple of days later. That was a bit annoying due to the last minute let down but probably a consequence of the moving goal posts of covid rules. In general though a great service. Easy to use, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to travels
