Clare restored the pigment of my vintage Chanel classic flap (from 2005). It’s a light grey /ivory colour and it was matched really well with the original pigment. Another company almost ruined my purse by applying thick layers of the dye which started to crack shortly after (not to mentioned that the colour didn’t match). Clare managed to slowly remove it and apply the right pigment. Very professional and skilled restorer. Thank you! :)
