From start to finish William went above and beyond, accommodation multiple requests changes and collaborative with adding my personal touch to my fiancé ring. H My partner and I have gone back multiple times since the start of our engagement for polishing and cleaning. My husband recommended Love Grown Diamonds to me after getting my engagement ring and wedding band made with them. He was very specific about the design he wanted for his wedding band and George and William accommodated us with professionalism, friendliness and patience. We went back and forth multiple times with CAD designs and they were always understanding and kind. Other places weren't offering the same sort of quality in design so I am glad we went with Love Grown. Their prices were great, too! The aftercare service we received was impeccable. We wanted a slight change made to the ring and they were happy to take it back and remake the whole ring. Overall, very impressed and definitely recommend their services.

I found this place online and loved what I read on their website and what people had said about them in reviews. I gave them a call first for a rough price and they gave me a really decent quote. I checked out a few other places on the way to visit their office and the vibe was so impersonal and their quotes were a lot higher. I am so impressed with the service I received from William and George. They both had a friendly, no-nonsense and patient approach. I was very specific with the design I wanted for my fiance's engagement ring and wedding band. They were SO patient with me as I went back and forth with really fussy design tweaks. I had left it really late and they even offered to lend me a ring for my engagement if mine wasn't made in time. The rings were made within the given timeframe and they were absolutely beautiful! Way higher quality than I had been shown by other places in Hatton Gardens and at a much better price. The aftercare service was really efficient. One of the rings needed a little resizing as my wife had lost a fair amount of weight. They resized it and sent it back to me within two days! Really impressed and was insistent that my fiance get my wedding band made by them, too!

My husband purchased my wedding ring from Love Grown Diamonds. During the process of looking, I asked many questions and Willam was so patient and helpful in answering with detail each time. So easy to speak to and helpful from start to end, the whole experience was phenomenal. I live 4hrs away and my husband 5hrs away from the store and could only come on a certain day between a certain time frame and William was able to accomdate for us and work around us which we really appreciated. Fantastic service with lifetime warranty on the ring. Keeps you updated on each stage of the ring being processed and shown me the final product once completed to make sure the ring was perfect, to which is was, and the engraved name makes it even more special. I cannot recommend Lovegrown Diamonds highly enough. The level of customer service I received was exceptional.
Throughout the entire process, the team were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. I accidentally ordered the ring in the wrong size, which was completely my mistake, but they went above and beyond and made a new ring for me.
What really impressed me was their dedication when my platinum ring wasn't going to be ready before I flew to Lanzarote to propose. To make sure I didn't miss such an important moment, they arranged a temporary ring for me that looked almost identical to the finished one. As they only had a gold version available, they even rhodium plated it so it had the same platinum appearance. They posted it out to me in time for my trip, allowing me to propose exactly as planned.
When I returned home, my finished platinum diamond ring was waiting for me, and I simply returned the temporary ring they had kindly lent me.
