Dealing with Shelly Wood, Lower Sunbury, the whole process of leasing a new flat was so straight forward and simple. Shelly personally oversaw the cleaning and maintenance of the flat so that it was spotless and in great shape for me to move in. She communicated brilliantly so I was always in the loop. The admin was easy and I wasn’t plagued with tens of emails as other friends have been when leasing a new home.

Putting our mothers house on the market to help pay for a care home was a daunting decision for my sister and I to take but it was made so much easier with the help of Shelly , she was understanding, caring, and very knowledgeable and that made everything easier for us both .. she was extremely hard working and tenacious and went above and beyond to help us with everything .. she’s an absolute angel and we would strongly recommend her to anyone..
