Mark Collis at The Good Estate Agent was brilliant during my viewing of a property. He was extremely professional and courteous from the very beginning, but at the same time with a friendly and approachable manner which made everything so easy. He was also able to answer all my questions regarding the property and was obviously very familiar with what he was representing. This is so important as it creates a great impression but also saves me as a buyer time in not having to call up later to ask questions that can be answered at the viewing. I would definitely recommend this agent as they really set the standard! Thank you very much for the wonderful service!

I instructed Terence Cunningham from the Good Estate Agent because I liked his approach and no hard sell like some other EAs can be. I was selling my late Mother’s house so a hard thing for me to do; but Terence took great care during a very difficult sale (the buyers were a nightmare) but he pushed through the sale. Communication from him was first class either through WhatsApp or phone. Thoroughly recommend.

We switched to Michelle after a few months with a different estate agent and hardly any viewings and we’re so glad we did. Straight away we had lots of viewings booked in and after a long journey we’ve now sold our house. Michelle is different from other estate agents for several reasons, she’s willing to accommodate people who work by arranging viewings at times that suit them, she listens to feedback and advises accordingly, she’s honest and best of all, you get to deal with the same (very likeable) person throughout. Michelle is skilled at selling houses and a great person to deal with whether buying or selling. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone who is selling their house.
