This was easily best service I’ve had from an estate agent. Michelle remained focused and committed from initial viewings, to agreeing a sale and then tenaciously chasing all parties during the conveyancing process to ensure that we managed to finally get the sale over the line. I would highly recommend her. Excellent service all round.

Shelly is exactly how I imagine an estate agent should be. She's excellent at communicating and very proactive in chasing people and getting issues resolved. I've only been interacting with Shelly as a buyer, so strictly speaking I wasn't her client, but it's been a real pleasure dealing with her.
