The team at The Freehold Collective definitely earn a 5-star review.
They have given us valuable and knowledgeable advice about the purchase of our freehold. We had been previously unable to get satisfactory practical guidance elsewhere and have been at a loss as to how to come together to resolve the situation.
The longstanding legal difficulties had created a very confusing and conflict-ridden situation between with all the owners of the flats at our property. The living environment has been unpleasant. The issues have led to the inability to sell or rent effectively with extreme losses in value of all the properties.
The whole team have shown patience, understanding and have answered all our individual questions. With their expertise, they are taking us through the process to achieve the desired outcome. We have not had to do any of the research or understand complicated legal procedures that have previously been too hard to navigate. The process has been smooth where before it was impossible.
