Onyx was very patient and accommodating to my needs. Very helpful, kind and helped me to understand everything. I would certainly reach out to him again for help navigating flights again. He was so easy to understand and his speaking voice is wonderful! I wish ALL customer service reps were like Onyx Van Dyke!

Onyx Rocks!
Onyx was extremely patient regarding me making several flight changes, as I couldn’t make up my mind!
He made sure I received emails regarding permission to charge my card and getting my verification code.
Onyx could not have been more polite, professional and helpful.
