FashionPass has excellent clothes and excellent Customer Service should you ever need to get in contact with them! There's so many amazing options for casual work days and elevated events / nights out, and I've loved my experience (and the price point) of FashionPass!

Truly a Terrible experience. Most clothes I received were poor quality and they did not ship an item I paid extra money for to receive. I requested my money back for that item I never received and they would not give it back. Nuuly is way better with more options.

Recently I had an issue wit returning the package. Usually, once I return at FedEx I'm able to order within the next couple of hours. When I brought this up to CS, Melanie was really on top of it! She sent an initial e-mail apologizing for the inconvenicene. I thought after two days she would have forgotten or just let my problem rock. But she didn't forget! She fixed my problem QUICKLY and I was able to order 2 days later. She was kind and responsive and I am REALLY impressed with the customer service I've received with FashionPass
Charged for the full membership when…
Charged for the full membership when there was a $59 rate available. Said I was not eligible but only after I hit submit. The form was grayed out and it was impossible to see that I was signing up without the discounted rate. Predatory form, and was told there is no way to get a refund, even 2 seconds after the form was submitted. Nothing has been ordered and no way to reach customer service. Incredibly limited hours.
I unfortunately received the wrong…
I unfortunately received the wrong order after a lot of back-and-forth the correct order came, they had shipped another duplicate order which was delivered to the wrong address. So I did not know I received a third order and could not get my credit because I did not know the third duplicate was received. I had to pay for shipping because they had multiple of the same barcodes was unhappy with no solution to remedy this. I basically paid for two months of service and got one month of clothes and a big headache!
FP 5 stars! Why I’ll Never Panic About Outfits Again!
FashionPass is seriously a lifesaver! I’ve been renting from them for a long time and they never disappoint. Whether I’m heading to a country festival, an EDM show, a fancy gala, a baby shower, or even a ‘bride-to-be’ event, they always have exactly what I need. Their selection is amazing — so many cute, trendy options for every kind of occasion, even those one-time events you don’t want to spend a ton of money on.
Shipping is super fast, sizes are almost always available, and the reviews from other renters with measurements and sizing tips are a total game changer. Honestly, following their advice makes it nearly impossible to pick something that doesn’t fit.
Also, I have to say, the way they pack everything is perfect. It’s so neat, organized, and ready to go that when I’m traveling, I just grab my pink bag, toss it into my suitcase, and boom, done!! No extra packing stress, no scrambling around last minute.
And listen, if you fall in love with a piece (which you will!), their member discounts are seriously amazing. Plus, when they have their big sales, you better grab what you love ASAP because it goes fast. FashionPass has saved me so much money, kept my closet fresh, and made getting dressed for any event actually fun.

A few glitches with my order were handled seamlessly. Fashion pass went above and beyond to make a great experience for me. I highly recommend reaching out to their customer service team for any issues- they move mountains to make sure the customer is happy. Nice to see a business that places value on customer service these days. And the products are great too. This is a great service for anyone on a budget, or anyone concerned about sustainability. Cannot say this enough- 10 out of 10!
The Ultimate Girls Hack
I’ve been using FashionPass since 2016 and honestly, it’s such a life hack. It helped me avoid impulse spending a ton on outfits for college date parties, and now it’s my go-to for weddings, bachelorettes, and work/conference fits. I love renting bold stuff I’d probably never normally buy, plus classic staples and denim I sometimes end up keeping (at their discount)! They carry all the brands I’d want to shop and the customer service is amazing. Can’t recommend it enough!

Fashion Pass has been amazing. My order get delivered in 2 days. So quick! I have had so many wedding and trips this year, its been great to be able to rent a variety of items. I also have been getting stuff to wear to the office. All the items are great brands that I probably wouldn't normally buy. 11/10 recommend.

Misleading, lied and no customer Service number
I signed up with a first month 1/2 price, I contacted them regarding the process, when I needed to return the clothes by ao there was not misunderstandings. I also asked if

Fit me well, i used 2 out of 5 items. I sent the clothes back but they charged me after four weeks of starting $125, I immediately tried to cancel and they said I could still use the other 5 items and the 10 items from the new charge. They said I had 3 days to complete all transactions, if I stayed active they would charge again for the next $125. I could not
Even get the clothes on time. I asked for a refund and they dont even respond. I did not like at all thw fact that they have no phone number. Basically if you have an issue they can ignore it and I guess hope you go away. I am very disappointed DO NOT RECOMMEND Fashion Pasa.
Deceptive Policies and Terrible Customer Service – Beware!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with FashionPass. I paused my account six months ago, and at the time, the email confirmation clearly stated:
“If you change your mind and want to resume your membership, simply log in, go to My Account, and click ‘Cancel Pause’ from the My FashionPass tab.”
Now, months later, my account was reinstated without my consent—even though I never logged in, unpaused my membership, or agreed to any terms. When I contacted customer service, they claimed my membership unpaused automatically after a set number of months, yet their own website states options for pausing for 1, 2, or 3 months. How does this add up? It doesn’t.
I never received the so-called email they claim was sent notifying me of this change. Instead of helping, customer service gave me vague, unhelpful responses, refused to take accountability, or refund me whatsoever.
It’s clear that FashionPass has changed its policies in a misleading and unethical way, prioritizing sneaky charges over customer satisfaction. I’ll be disputing this charge with my credit card company and will never be returning as a customer. Proceed with caution.
Never rent from FashionPass!!
FashionPass has been an absolute nightmare to rent from. I was going on a winter vacation for the first time and as someone who lives in a warmer climate, I didn’t have many winter items in my wardrobe. I had seen all over online how great FashionPass was… so I decided to rent winter items for my trip. The clothes were cute, I’ll give them that. But that was all that was good. All the items smelled so strongly of chemicals that I was gagging trying to just try them on to make sure they fit. I ended up not wearing 3/5 clothing items because the smell was so miserable. When it came time to return the items, I returned all the items in their provided bag and sealed the bag with the adhesive strip that was on the bag. I took it to a Walgreens/Fedex drop off and from there it took 9 days to get to their warehouse in California. 9 days later I get a charge on my card for almost $600. Thankfully my CC company texted me and made sure it was a legit charge!! I went to my email to discover an email from FP stating my charge the for items I kept didn’t go through. I was beyond confused because I returned every single item that I had borrowed. After many emails back and forth they finally sent me a video of their warehouse worker opening my package. The package they opened looked to have been tampered with. It was scrunched down, folded over and looked to be half of the size of the bag I dropped off at Walgreens. The bag I returned was huge because it had 6 winter items in it and I only had enough space in the bag to barely fold over the flap and adhere it down with the adhesive that came on the bag. There was no extra tape or anything on the bag I returned. The video I got showed only two items being removed, which was so disheartening because I know I placed all 6 items in that bag. I have told them all of the information and even though they said they’d file a claim with FedEx and look into everything they are still holding me accountable and blaming me. I KNOW there are people out there who abuse systems like this but that is not me. I returned everything, followed their instructions to a tee, gave them all the information that I have but they refused to do anything. Someone at FedEx tampered with that bag and stole the top items but they clearly don’t want to go through the effort of proving I am right. I told them to at least get the video footage from Walgreens and compare what my bag that I dropped off looked like to the bag that they received at the warehouse, but they won’t.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. It’s a nightmare. And their customer service sucks. You can only get ahold of them through email so nothing can even get resolved quickly because you’re waiting for hours in between each email. I’m telling you now, just buy the clothes you need!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Save your money and do NOT use fashion pass. I had placed an order on Feb 27 and it did not arrive until March 23rd. They would not extend my rental so I could even wear the clothes I ordered. So wasted $125 for nothing. Their customer service is horrible and they take no accountability for their mistakes. I will NEVER use this service again. Would recommend Nuuly or Rent the Runway over this trash company.
