I really like the service that FashionPass provides. It's a unique way to try pieces from brands that are typically outside of my everyday budget. It's the perfect opportunity to grab a nicer outfit for special occasions or vacations without having to commit to purchasing anything yourself. That being said, it's amazing that FashionPass gives you the chance to buy the used product from them at a discounted price, so when you fall in love with a piece, you can snag it! They have a lot of trendy brands available and get new stock often too. My one downside is that I've personally had rough experience with many of the items I've chosen running extremely small and it's frustrating to spend money on renting items I never got to wear - I think that may be a clothing brand issue and not FashionPass though. The return process for rentals is super easy, they provide the mailer bag and label already attached, you just have to drop it at Fedex. You're allowed 2 separate orders a month if you can return in time. I don't like that it's limited to only 5 clothing items because that runs out quick if you get a 2 piece set, but I understand there needs to be stock available for other people. It is fairly expensive for what it is and what you get, but you're paying for convenience. In general, I've been really happy with the service but will only use my subscription when I have special events.

my order was returned to sender at no fault of fashion pass. purely the mistake of the US Postal Service. However, due to lexi‘s diligence and appetite for an above and beyond client experience, she was able to get a new order for me in the mail the next day with expedited shipping at no cost to me.

this was an amazing customer experience, especially since fashion pass was not at fault.

Lexi‘s customer service is the reason I will continue my membership. In addition to the fabulous selection fashion pass offers.

I rented 5 clothing items, & only 1 top was decent ish. I ended up wearing none of them. Might as well buy a cheap $10 dress from Ross.. cause the quality looked exactly the same. All wrinkled, crumpled & seems to have been worn like at least 50 times each

FashionPass is one of the best things to happen to me in 2024 (the year I started my subscription). With FashionPass, you get double the monthly rentals of some of the other services. I am constantly getting compliments on my outfits. It’s especially great to have when you have a big event coming up. Additionally, their customer service is top notch!! I’ve had a couple of minor issues and everything is always resolved quickly and with kindness! They go above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

REFFERAL CODE IS A SCAM!!
First off I loved my order! So I sent out about 20 referral codes to my friends. My friend that told me she ordered and I emailed FashionPass and asked them about it. They took 5 days to answer but I let it go, so they asked for her full name and I gave it. They then came back and said she has used another referral code. Obviously I'm not going to email them if I didn't refer them and I wouldn't know their name.

So basically they encourage you to refer but once your link gets them to the site they drop the loyalty like a hot cake and give them a better deal on there side so they don't have to pay you. Greed at its finest. I will be Canceling and going with another option.
Also, checked with a few of my friends and 3 of them got their subscriptions from my link. To bold face say you offer them something better after they just got you business, wow! I will now spread the word about how you treat people that help your business.

As a new member, I had a bit of confusion with returns and item transfers, but the FashionPass team handled everything with incredible patience and understanding. Sydney went above and beyond to make a one-time exception for me, and her support truly made me feel valued.

Not to mention—when one item didn’t fit my size, they gave me a complimentary item for my next order! Now I know I can always email them or use the chat to ask about sizing before placing an order. That kind of service makes a huge difference.

The pieces I’ve received so far have all been in amazing condition—absolutely beautiful, stylish, and feel brand new. Honestly, I never want to return them! FashionPass isn’t just great for renting, it’s also perfect for trying out pieces before deciding to buy. I love every single item I’ve rented so far 🩷

Fashion pass has amazing customer service! They reply promptly whenever there’s a small issue and solve it right away. Special shoutout to Lexi for all of her help. I can’t recommend fashion pass enough! I’ve been a member for a couple of years and get endless compliments on how fashionable I am.

I have used fashionpass and loved it so much for 3 years. However, they have become extremely greedy with time and they have changed. They upped their prices over the years so you pay more for less service. They stopped having sales and started selling their clothes for insane prices, I no longer purchase anything. They never have the right sizes anymore and nothing is ever in inventory so even an outfit I do want, I wouldn't ever be able to get. What really got me was when they charged me $270 for a dress I returned and I had to refute the charge. They tried to charge for me a necklace I returned as well. I bought maternity pants and sent them back to get a different size and they were out of the size and never gave me back the money I paid for the pants and so I had no pants and left with an unfair charge. Most recently I ordered a top and pant free people set and only the shirt came with it. I sent emails and pictures and they are still wanting to charge me because they don't believe me. Too many sketchy things have happened and they are so willing to lose paying and faithful customers for cash grabs and it is giving scamming behavior. Will be switching to nuuly. So sad to no longer support this company but they have no morals, don't care about their customers, and look ways to steal money from people. Stingy, greedy behavior and it is super unfortunate.

FashionPass has excellent clothes and excellent Customer Service should you ever need to get in contact with them! There's so many amazing options for casual work days and elevated events / nights out, and I've loved my experience (and the price point) of FashionPass!

Truly a Terrible experience. Most clothes I received were poor quality and they did not ship an item I paid extra money for to receive. I requested my money back for that item I never received and they would not give it back. Nuuly is way better with more options.
