HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
Save your money and do NOT use fashion pass. I had placed an order on Feb 27 and it did not arrive until March 23rd. They would not extend my rental so I could even wear the clothes I ordered. So wasted $125 for nothing. Their customer service is horrible and they take no accountability for their mistakes. I will NEVER use this service again. Would recommend Nuuly or Rent the Runway over this trash company.
Red Flag
I signed up and initially it went well but unfortunately they hold the customer fully responsible for lost packages so there is nothing to do if it’s lost or stolen. You will still be charged. Also they often double charge in advance even if I am not using the 2x a month shipments. Quality over is poor since the items are rented so I would suggest to avoid wasting money here.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Nothing in my first order fit me, and the refused to give me a refund. Sizing options are not at all inclusive.
Edited to add that after writing the above review, they did finally agree to process my refund.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. When items I really wanted to rent were out of stock, Lexi and Courtney have made sure to keep me on the list and let me know when it was back in stock. They made this experience so easy for me. Clothes fit perfect and are expensive items for just a small membership fee! 10/10 recommend and I will continue renting from this website!

Avoid like the plague!!!! Customer service here is non-existent!!! Save your money and use Rent The Runway or Nuuly! Not only are their clothes far better, but FashionPass held me hostage and continued to charge my card after cancelling my subscription services MULTIPLE TIMES. It was bananas! When I requested a refund and to cancel my account, they continued to not cancel my account and also refused a refund. On their website "chat" you have to ask to cancel your account 5 times in order to even be directed to their cancellation page. This is highly unethical and does not follow their written terms of service via their website. They actually as a business are suing Rent The Runway because they own majority of market share and are blaming their low quality business on "competition" vs. simply investing in great customer service. I would never use FashionPass ever again and they will likely go out of business soon due to lack of customer centric treatment.

I used to really love this company
I used to really love this company, but then they changed their membership terms. They charged me a fee when my membership was on pause and did not respond to emails sent to customer service for a refund. They used to be very responsive. They also don’t inform you when your pause is about to expire. No longer recommend this company unless you want to dispute the charges with your bank.
Really Impressive Service
I am on my first month, second order, so I'll update if things change but so far the service has been incredible. I chose Fashion Pass over the other options because their inventory seemed more "me" than the others - a lot of color and fun patterns vs standard Nordstrom vibes. (No shade!!)
I am using Mounjaro so the clothing rental is great as I drop sizes. So far, even at an XL, I have not had issues with finding things in stock for me to rent and I've also been trying out some things I'd not normally wear so it's been fun to have the freedom to experiment. They ship from California and I am across the country in Maryland, I have never done expedited shipping but both orders have arrived to me in record time. I also ALWAYS recommend taking the time to return these rental service packages to a Fedex Dropoff Location to have it scanned in & save your receipt. It only took a few hours for my next order to be unlocked doing it this way.
Negative stars
Negative stars. The clothes are well worn, smelled and when you try to cancel they hold you hostage and continue to charge your card for months. The styles are dated and most items aren’t available when you try to rent.
Rent the runway or even vintage shopping is better than this company. Stay away!!
Quick, friendly, helpful customer service
Melanie was super helpful with customer service. She was quick to respond and very friendly. I appreciated working with her and gave me a better feeling about Fashion Pass working with her.
Do not use FashionPass. Horrible customer experience
Do not use FashionPass. I wanted to pause my membership and they charged me for two more months anyways even though I didn't place any orders. They said my previous package was not returned, and when I complained they said they found the package but they still wont refund me for the previous unused months because that's their policy. It is such a scam. The cute items they advertise are never available and many of the items I did get were in poor condition, worn out with pilling all over the clothes, and they make it so difficult to pause or cancel your subscription. When I contacted customer service they won't actually do anything to help and just say it is policy and they cant give refunds. I would stay away, there are so many better rental options out there.
MVP Maya!
I recently had an urgent situation where USPS lost my package, which I needed for an out-of-state wedding. Maya went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She unlocked another shipment which was then delayed again! Thank you holiday shipping. Maya was exceptional the whole way through. She checked in on me and personally followed up with the carrier to ensure it was shipped directly to my sister's house in LA where I was flying into. Her exceptional service and constant updates throughout the process were truly impressive. Maya's dedication is the reason I will continue my subscription with Fashionpass. I love the heart behind your business and will always be a big fan. Thank y’all!

I loved the items I’d get and returning was always easy. HOWEVER, I was charged $87 for a pair of earring I never even got a chance to wear because I wore my own personal jewelry. I had them in the return package, felt for them before sealing the bag, and then later in the week I see I was charged $87 for earrings! Now I’m down $87, no earrings, & cancelled the service.
Customer service is dragging it out saying they need to check security cameras from the warehouse, contact fedex, blah blah blah. They’re not even offering me something in return for this charge!
So upset and disappointed. I’m not an idiot I’m careful with jewelry and counted every piece of items borrowed before dealing the bag! Not worth the price and the risk of them losing things in the warehouse and charging you for it.

So far I’ve had a good experience with FashionPass. I received my order on time and the clothing was in good condition. A customer service rep reached out to me to see how my experience was as a new customer, which was a nice touch.
FashionPass has been such a blessing
FashionPass has been such a blessing! Being a mom the days or nights that I have for myself to go do something out of the norm I was looking to buy an entirely new outfit, now I can rent for these occassions and rent things that I may never have the ability to purchase on my own! It is truly amazing!
You won't regret signing up for FashionPass
FashionPass has been an absolute game-changer! Their clothing options are amazing, with many stylish pieces that keep my wardrobe fresh and fun every month. I have the highest package, and it's easily worth every penny. Plus, their customer service is top-notch—super responsive and always helpful. I love picking out new looks each month and switching things up. DO IT!
Poor Customer service
Okay, my first experience using Fashion Pass was fine. But this time, I ordered an item that took five days to receive after paying $125 monthly. Then I returned the items to unlock the second 5 items, which was three days ago, and I have a receipt that FedEx scanned, but after three days, so day four, it's still not unlocking my next order, and I'm unable to place any items. I contacted customer service, and they said my return was scanned and I should be able to place an order, which is a lie. Its still not resolved and I'm just waiting to use service I paid for. Please do not use fashion pass.
Do not expect money back if they mess up!
Customer service here is a joke! I returned something and they claim they didn’t get it— seems a lot of people say this has happened to them.
They then charged for said item I returned and I emailed them saying it was returned why did I get charged etc etc. they then told me they would refund me in good faith.
Sounds great right? They refund me and while it’s still pending in my bank they cancel the refund!
What big company does that?!?!
It’s actually insane I emailed them and have yet to hear back.

Misleading information
I placed an order and one of the items didn’t arrive. It was an accessory (and not something I typically order) so I didn’t notice until I was packing the items to send back. When I wrote them they said it was scanned on their end so if must be in the package and would open a case. Never heard back
Also their website is VERY MISLEADING. It clearly says “Get a new order as often as you want, for one flat price paid monthly.SWITCH AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE: Send your items back by dropping them off at FedEx. Once we get your items back, you instantly get to pick new ones.” But this is not the case at all. If you want to do that you have to pay additional fees

recurring charge for straight out purchase!
i placed an order to outright purchase items without signing up for a membership and found out they placed a recurring charge on my credit card for the amount of the items i purchased! i cant reach them via phone or text and the chat feature says they will get back to you is a few hours!! what?! i placed a freeze on my cc so they cant charge me again but i am so frustrated and feel taken advantage of. i thought they were a good site but now ill never shop with them again. i am also going to return the items for a refund. bad business
