Scam
Their marketing tactics are deceitful and misleading. They do not actually give you these items for an entire month. They make it impossible to keep your last order for the entire time you have paid for when cancelling. They will charge you early if you do not send it back, forcing you into a cycle of being stuck paying them. Don't do it!

If you are a larger size, there is NOTHING to order.

Top Tier customer Service
Their customer service is top tier! I got to work with a rep named Willa via email and she was SO helpful, professional, and downright kind. FedEx lost my return package for a while and she helped me track it and manage my account.

I have been using this service for YEARS! I love the clothing options. I always have something exciting to wear to the next big event! Or even just on a week day! The customer service has always been above and beyond. I recommend Fashion Pass to everyone!

PLEASE NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They claimed I failed to return a dress that I in fact packaged in my return and charged me for this $300 item. Customer service only told me that and I quote “I should check around my closet.”. They didn’t notify me of this purchase or verify. Customer service was HORRIBLE and not easy to get in contact with. My credit card company will no longer dispute this payment. I gave fashion pass my information regarding the UPS drop off date and time and they claimed it simply wasn’t in the package. Meanwhile, nuuly has been a night and day difference, so so great. Please never give them your money, they will take it and run.

They charged me for items I returned in full before the due date. Extremely hard to reach anyone. Filed a credit card dispute and complaint with BBB in meantime.
Truly the worst customer service…
Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Fraudulently charged me, had to disputed with my credit card company, and then had me back-charged by claiming I never canceled my membership when I had. I’ve enjoyed using Nuuly and find their clothes to be better quality and their customer service to much more helpful, honest, and professional. I would never use this service again or recommend it to anyone that I know.

Willa provided such excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help open an investigation, work with necessary parties, and get to a resolution I was happy with, all while keeping me informed.
I am very grateful for people like her and being understanding to my situation with my package missing right before my trip.

RUN AWAY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ITEMS YOU RETURNED!!! They charged me for an item i shipped back and refuse to admit fault and give me a refund.
Dishonest, keeps your money without reason
This company keeps your money because they tell you that you did not return the item when you know you did. No matter what you tell them or that you show in your cart it has been returned they tell you it has not. There's no research no investigation into the people that check the package when it gets to Fashion pass. I've read loads of reviews stating the same thing. They are out to take your money or they have dishonest people working for them that are taking the products and saying the customer did not return them

terrible - clothes SMELL and are tacky as all hell. wrong shad eof colors, wrong fit... they also wouldnt let me cancel without charging the full month even though i informed them i wore nothing and returned immediately. shitty overall

Fraud or incompetence?
They claim to have no received things that you’ve sent back and they charge you hundreds of dollars for worn items that aren’t worth a fraction of that price. Whether it’s fraud or incompetence, I don’t know. But I would steer clear.
Warped clothes, still awaiting refund
Clothes in poor condition. Blazers were shrunken and warped. One smelled. When one item was forgotten in the return and sent the next day separately (after refusing a prepaid shipping label)- they would not waive the charge for the item (almost $300) even though it was one day. I understand it’s an auto charge but it has not been almost a month and I have yet to be refunded. Their correspondence team is slow and frustrating to deal with. Will never ever use them again unfortunately. I was looking for a new company outside of Nuuly but will be going back.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Tried fashion pass after a friend recommended them. I signed up, paid the membership fee, placed an order and waited for my clothes to arrive. I received an email that the package was delivered- but I never received the package. I reached out immediately and customer service has been unprofessional. They repeatedly tell me “their business has a lot of liability” and to wait 3 days. It’s been over a full week and no clothing and no refund and no explanation. I’ve emailed repeatedly to please cancel
My membership and refund my money since I never received an order. Do not recommend them at all
