Bought a complete Honeywell TRV system
Bought a complete Honeywell Thermostatic radiator valve TRV. system from this company. The system give complete individual control of my radiator valves, hot water and boiler. The company set it up ready for installation so all I had to do was install it.
They offered a competitively priced system with a one day turnaround which I thought was brilliant. Highly recommend them, brilliant service.

Great service and friendly, helpful advice
We are having some major remodelling work done to our house and our plumber recommended we look at the EvoHome system to control our heating and hot water. After looking at the EvoHome Shop website, I made contact with them to sort out which items we would need. I have found them to be very helpful and courteous, the items were all in stock and were delivered promptly when I placed my online order. Our new system boiler and cylinder are not yet up and running, so I can't comment on the actual product, but I would certainly recommend Mid Wales Plumbing & Heating to anyone considering the EvoHome system.

A very speedy for completion of my order and resolution of replacement of my faulty HR92. I would welcome an email when more stock of ACH28 are in stack as I am still requiring an additional item.
Also will it be possible to have Honeywell reimburse me the cost of posting back the faulty unit to yourself. Perhaps a solution would be to have the additional ACH28 posted free when it is available to order.

5 stars to theevohomeshop, but I knocked a star off for poor delivery. Goods dispatched the same day, but let down by DHL local delivery. Waited in for the delivery slot, as given in the email, but the parcel didn't arrive until the following day. A similar thing happened again this week with a DHL delivery.
Please don't let this put you off using theevohomeshop.co.uk they are first class.

Great pre sales service but ....
Great pre sales service but as soon as the money handed over interest seemed to wane dramatically. My last email offering to pay for support and asking permission for my electrician to call on my behalf apparently didn't even warrant a reply! Pity, but no, I wouldn't recommend or use them again.

Obviously, I am disappointed with having a 3 Star review left for our business, after we literally spent 4 months hand holding and specifying the right system for your home?
I have checked through my emails and the last email we have had from you was on April 14th. Apart from this there has been no follow up emails or phone calls as far as I am aware. If something has been missed, then I can only apologise for that, but I have personally given you more pre and post sales support than I have for people who actually pay for our support, so I am somewhat frustrated you have chosen to say we do not support our sales once the money has been exchanged?
Obviously, the installation of an evohome system is to be done by competent heating installers and any questions they have with regards to product installation or setup (beyond any technical information we provide on our forum or website), must be directed back to the manufacturers technical support helpline (0300 130 1299), as stated on the paperwork we provide with the systems we send.
I am sorry if you feel you have been let down in any way, but this certainly has not been our intention.
