I have bought various eco home products…
I have bought various eco home products from this online shop, over the years, as I have added more controlled zones too the Evohome scheme, and therefore added more HR92 valves to radiators etc. They have always had the V120-15A available, which I have found tricky to source elsewhere at times. The Evo home shop delivers what I need, when I need it. A good service.

You can ask anything about evohome products and they always have the right answer. Their prices are very competitive. Your order with us was cancelled because our terms and conditions of sale state we do not ship the items we sell to 'Europe or Beyond'. Therefore there is no option at checkout to do this. However, you proceeded to select 'United Kingdom' as your country and then expected our business to ship the items outside of the UK.
I would never dream of buying something from a US or Canadian business, if they only had domestic options. Had you read our terms and conditions of sale properly (you agree to this at checkout) or had emailed our customer service team prior to purchase, you would have been clearly informed of this.
We do not allow couriers to collect items from our business, as this is how criminals also commit fraud.
I am sorry you are clearly frustrated about this, but as we never had the option to allow outside of UK sales, I am unsure why you have decided to leave our business a 1 Star review.

Postage expensive for a small item
Postage expensive for a small item. They also failed to mention in any information that the extra adaptor I purchased at ~£12 (as there was no info suggesting I didn't need one), was in fact included in the main valve package.
I would expect better service than this these days for expensive items.

Thanks very much for your Trustpilot review.
Firstly, delivery these days is expensive. Anything ordered on our website over £50 cannot be sent with Royal Mail First Class, as they won't cover the insurance. This puts us into the world of couriers. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery or UK Mail for the bulk of our over £50 deliveries, as the price is fair and the service is mostly good. We could use a cheaper courier service, but in our experience for the £1 or so it saves over the UK Mail pricing, it results in unhappy customers when the items don't arrive on time or get lost completely.
As for the Danfoss adaptor complaint, if you check the HR92 page (https://theevohomeshop.co.uk/honeywell-home-evohome/13-honeywell-evohome-hr92uk-radiator-controller-hr92.html), you will see in the main description that 1x Danfoss RA Series adaptor is included. There is also a comprehensive 'Help & Advice' section on our website, which has a section we wrote to aid customers to make the choices if they needed adaptors or not (https://theevohomeshop.co.uk/content/9-honeywell-evohome-hr92-radiator-valve-compatibility). In this section, we state that if you have Danfoss RA Series TRV's, the adaptors are 'supplied' with the radiator controllers.
You also have the option to return the item if it is unused and not needed, for a refund within 30 days of delivery, so certainly not a closed door should you wish to return the £12 adaptor you have purchased unnecessarily.
