Excellent service
I rang to check if items were in stock. Phone answered immediately.
Items were in stock I was told. Checked on the new programmer and was told it was in stock.items ordered on line and delivered next day, superb.
Having installed Evohome systems for 15 years it’s really good to see over the years the improvements have been well thought through.
There is no better control system in existence. Great pity that Honeywell marketed it so badly, if atall.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff who were happy to answer a few technical questions during setup, great prices, not everything was in stock but they moved some things around and kept me informed of delivery date which was very quick.

Very happy with the service and price and it was a quick delivery, but the packages were damaged, it looked like the controls had been out of the boxes and not put back very well, they look ok but can’t comment on use as I have not installed them yet.

Thanks for your Trustpilot review.
All items we dispatch are brand new (unless featured in our clearance section where it will state the reason for clearance) and nothing is removed from boxes prior to dispatch from our warehouse, as our team simply won't do this.
Obviously, we cannot control the delivery process and although we package the items very well with air pack, to try and prevent the internal boxes getting damaged in transit.
If once installed there is an issue with the supplied products, please contact us via email, messenger or call us and we will of course resolve for you.
