I liked dealing with this organisation
I liked dealing with this organisation. You dial in, and on the two occasions I phoned I was speaking quickly with one of their team.
I bought a replacement inverter, and they helped confirm the specifications I needed. The package arrived quickly, and I swapped them over. I needed a bit of help and reassurance with configuration, and this is where they shone- excuse the pun. I emailed with a query late evening, and Ollie replied well after 9pm ( on two occasions). It was a great service, and the new inverter is great , up and running smoothly . Wish customer service was like this universally. So well done 👍

SolaX X1 Boost 3.6kW G4 great value
I needed a no-frills inverter to replace my old StecaGrid system. Ollie rang back promptly and recommended a SolaX X1 Boost 3.6kW G4. It arrived the next day and was working by suppertime. Unit seems robustly made and the installation kit was comprehensive.
Had some difficulty setting up a cloud account but again Ollie responded even on a Sunday evening and it was all sorted happily.
