Great service and delivery

Great experience from start to finish. Ordered a few items now.

Ordered some Fox ESS batteries to expand my Energy Cube. Placed the order at 7:30am Monday and the batteries were delivered on a tail lift the next day at 11:30am. Between those times I got a confirmation from Ollie about the next day delivery along with a step by step guide for performing the upgrade. I had my system upgraded within 60 minutes with this guide. The experience with this company as absolutely first class !

Easy to order. Arrived very quickly.

However went to register online warranty through their website as it states but the page doesn't work!

Hopefully filling out the paper warranty will give me the 10 year guarantee

Amazing responsiveness.

Website easy to use, queried delivery, the eco supermarket got back to me within 30 mins after hours which allowed me to track down the delivery which had been left in a different place to usual by the carrier. Really pleased and grateful for replying to me out of hours.

The Fox ESS battery I wanted to purchase was not available due to a shortage. Ollie explained this and offered to put me on a waiting list which I agreed to. When batteries were back in stock I was contacted again to inform me and I then purchased one which came very quickly, price was competitive as well. Very happy with the service and this is the second time I have used the company and found them very customer focused. Thankyou

Ordered an additional battery to add to my existing set up, the communication with the team prior to purchase was great and the speed of delivery was excellent. I would highly recommend.

came up with the goods as they said they would. and cheaper

Hi Ollie The batteries arrived safely yesterday
1. I wanted to thank you for all your help with this so well done.
2. I would like you to convey my thanks to the couriers Wincanton I think The driver’s name was Ben and was from Kent area Rochester I think
I can’t lift anything at the moment and he carried the boxes and placed them in my garage for me so I think he deserves a thank you as he didn’t have to do that.
So well done to all involved
Overall a fast and seamless service with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Good products and service

Additional Fox battery, came with a faulty data cable causing a
(BMS "Module Addressing Fault")

During diagnostics, between UPS-Solar, Fox ESS, and Ollie from ECO Supermarket turned out my stack was facing upwards. Turned it all around as recommended, and a new data lead was sent out quickly (thank you to Ollie) all working!

I then, realised I had space for a 4th battery, so bought another from them!
Fast delivery, well packed and no issues this time.
System all working great now.

Rare to find someone who is so helpful and quick to reply to emails as Ollie. Would give more stars if they were available!

As described and delivered on-time I would be happy to use them again.

peedy arrival. Rather disappointing to see what was in the kit which didn't seem good value but I'm guessing this is not a high demand product which I understand puts the price up. Good instructional videos. However we quickly realised that it would be impossible to install without the 'tool' tried to contact the retailer to ask whether this could be posted but they were a bit slow to reply. We bought a tool elsewhere which unfortunately cost £24 with postage. Relatively easy to install - took 2.5 hours for 13 panels. No more doves to date. Seems to be an effective barrier. Also looks a lot more attractive than some of the alternatives

Excellent customer service and product as expected and delivered quickly. Will use again

Firstly there prices are so much more affordable than what I’ve used or seen in the past. I was sceptical as nearly half the price of other company I used but they delivered had a little hiccup on the way which delayed it a bit but they got it sorted. Pretty good on the chat or email as well for advice or updates. Would highly recommend.

I be honest having never heard of them before I was nervous about using them but fair play to them they were excellent. I got very prompt responses to my emails and Ollie was incredibly patient and helpful when I asked stupid questions. I ended up buying a new BMS and 4 batteries with them

Excellent and very quick delivery

Excellent service and next day delivery 👏
