Great staff service
On the plus side, my query about delivery of a solar inverter was handled quickly and positively by a staff member, I think his name was Ollie. He also processed my order on a Friday about 12.00hrs, promised delivery on the following Monday, and it was delivered about 15.00hrs on Saturday, ie the next day. Perfect service. On the downside why could I not get a cost for delivery to central Scotland on the website?

Besvarelse fra The Eco Supermarket
Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - we really appreciate your comments on the service and the fast delivery. I’m glad to hear everything arrived safely and even sooner than expected.
Regarding the delivery pricing for central Scotland: our system automatically filters out certain postcode areas due to variations in carrier surcharges. This means that in a small number of regions we confirm the exact delivery cost manually. I appreciate you highlighting it, as it’s something we’re looking to make clearer for customers in those postcode zones.
If you ever need anything else or have any other suggestions, please feel free to get in touch — and thanks again for choosing us, it really does mean a lot.

I liked dealing with this organisation
I liked dealing with this organisation. You dial in, and on the two occasions I phoned I was speaking quickly with one of their team.
I bought a replacement inverter, and they helped confirm the specifications I needed. The package arrived quickly, and I swapped them over. I needed a bit of help and reassurance with configuration, and this is where they shone- excuse the pun. I emailed with a query late evening, and Ollie replied well after 9pm ( on two occasions). It was a great service, and the new inverter is great , up and running smoothly . Wish customer service was like this universally. So well done 👍
