Great company but delivery can be improved
Very responsive, helpful and clear pre-sales advice which was beneficial and the cheapest price I could find. Easy to order with useful installation guide sent with the confirmation invoice.
The only reason 5 stars was not given is that they were let down by their chosen delivery company and no tracking was available. They failed to deliver on the given date and despite Ecosupermarket chasing them the following day, kept changing the time for delivery. This had a big impact on us as we both work & needed to be around to take the bulky delivery.

Hi,
Thanks very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review - we appreciate the kind comments and I'm glad that the overall experience was positive.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery delays. Unfortunately, on this occasion we were let down by the courier despite chasing them on your behalf, and I completely understand how frustrating this would have been given the nature of the delivery.
Feedback like this is very helpful, and we’re continuing to review and improve our delivery partners and communication around shipments to help minimise issues like this in future.
Thanks again for your patience and for choosing us - it’s much appreciated.
Bets regards,
James

Great website with clear product information — really easy to follow and understand exactly what you’re ordering. Prices are reasonable too. The whole ordering process was smooth, and delivery was excellent. Support is also available if you need to speak to someone to confirm you’re choosing the right product — in my case, a Fox solar battery. Overall, a very straightforward and reassuring experience.
