Your dice quality is excellent, i have already bought from you 2 times and my girlfriend once, and your support personnel are also very good and helpful. Our problem is this. None of us has gotten the tracking number, i have had to ask for it both times i ordered. You should fix it, it might be a software problem, or the person responsible, either way it's annoying and the reason you don't get 5stars from me.

Le choix est grand, les tarifs sont bon mais à 2 reprises ces dernières années j'ai eu des soucis de livraison et à chaque fois ils ont la même technique, vous faire patienter 2 ou 3 mois, vous demander de faire des démarches et puis plus rien, silence !

Heureusement que j'ai payé en passant par PayPal, le seul moyen qu'ils vous prennent au sérieux c'est de contester le paiement.

Bref, il y a du choix, et de bons tarifs mais les gens derrière ne sont pas sérieux.

I bought some dice at a recent comic-con, they were slightly marked as they had been on display. Contacted the team and they arranged a brand new set of replacements quickly and easily, really impressed with their willingness to do this and make the process easy.

A delivery issue led to my inquiry to the company. The item was reported delivered but there was no sign of it. I waited over the weekend and the parcel eventually turned up after having been delivered to the wrong address. They replied to my contact form and my forwarded email in good time and provided the original proof of delivery at which point I could see that the delivery location was wrong. Luckily whoever received the package must have manually forwarded it to me, as the parcel was correctly addressed yet wrongly delivered. The company was open and forthcoming and helped to resolve the issue. I'm a repeat customer and they even respond to personal emails about specific requests to do with matching sets of dice with respect to existing dice for a complete set. (10/10) Highly recommended. I ordered TDSO Turquoise Natural Stabilised with Engraved Spots 16mm Precious Gem D6 Dice - its corner crumbled and now it's crooked. Although I threw it exclusively over the Dice tower.

I ordered 4x TDSO Emerald with Gold Precious Gem D12 Dice - Its edges turned out to be crooked and not equal to each other. Some edges are big, others are small. The probability of getting values ​​on the edges of the dice is far from the same. This is not a game dice, but a decorative one.

Great dice, arrived as described and quicke than I expected. Will definitely use again!

The dice I've ordered are amazing, both from look and feel. It wasn't my first order and it won't be my last. The quality is great and the number of choices both from dices sets & single dice is overwhelming.
Also the customer service is just excellent: they are very friendly and extremely helpful. My issue was quickly resolved and it was easier than I had even imagined it to be. Such a competent service is really hard to find. That is definitely worth a 5* rating.

Delighted to have found this specialist website when looking for dice for my grandchildren. There were issues with the website, which were resolved, and this highlighted what excellent, thorough and personal customer service they have. This is definitely a site to bookmark for future use.

I got a little bumpy experience with the shop but it all turned out good after all. As I was doing my initial order with my mobile phone, I couldn't see the warning about the site maintenance. This led to problems with the payment and my order did not go through. I tried a couple of times but to no avail. In the end my partner made the order and I paid it and that's how it finally worked. As it turned out they got the update ready between mine and my partners order. I just had bad timing. And so, my dice should be here any minute now.

The customer server was really helpful with me on this and we got it all worked out. I can't blame them for doing maintenance and there was warning and all but maybe put the ordering on hold during the maintenance next time.

I've got the dice and they are in good condition. Also the quality is good. Thank you!

I bought a die at their local presence and received the wrong one (probably a misunderstanding and I should have checked). They exchanged it and send me the correct one with no additional cost to me. They reacted quick via e-mail, but could be quicker in their Instagram reaction. However, all exchanges were very pleasant and I already ordered again.
