I bought a die at their local presence and received the wrong one (probably a misunderstanding and I should have checked). They exchanged it and send me the correct one with no additional cost to me. They reacted quick via e-mail, but could be quicker in their Instagram reaction. However, all exchanges were very pleasant and I already ordered again.

The dice I purchased had great shipping time and cost from the UK to the USA, and the product is excellent. The customer service went over and above to answer my questions about specific dice in their catalog and I fully trust and respect TheDiceShopOnline. Will be doing business with you again very soon!

I bought a few sets of metal dice at a fair, and one set was accidentaly configured wrong. There were 2d4, 2d8 and 3d10 in it. I replied to them on the same evening, and they sent me a new complete set. The support was really fast, kind and nice. They have a very big selection of good quality dice and have very fair pricing. They also offered the possibility to pay via Card or Paypal at the fair, which was really nice. The only problem is that you might spend a lot of money here really fast :,)

I placed my first ever order yesterday for some backgammon supplies.

I wanted something I didn't see on the website and only found once I'd placed the order - I emailed to see if the items could be added to the order so that I wouldn't have to suffer delivery charges twice.

Although they couldn't be added to the order, Katharine was excellent in advising an immediate cancellation and refund so that I could place the corrected order.

I received notification of the refund before I'd even finished typing the new order - amazing!
