I have had a brilliant experience with this company. I have had a tester box and a gin plus box and they've both been so lovely and would definitely recommend them to anyone. However I did need to cancel my membership and phoned a lovely lady called Bianca who was very efficient and very helpful. Thank you so much!

Ordered a one off box using the discount, it’s a bit of a pain that you have to call to cancel your subscription but actually i got through straight away to Bianca canceled my subscription and was done within 3minutes 😀

I was offered the option to pause for a few months, but sadly not drinking so much gin atm. I love the gin club, so never say never I may return.

I got just one box from Craft Gin Club using my Three+ rewards, which was a rum box, and it was great. The rums selected were great with a curated cocktail to be made with the rum and whatever mixers they send although the ingredients listed differed slightly to what I got but it was still a very pleasant drink. I am only cancelling due to personally not being able to justify an extra £35 per month for another subscription. I spoke to Anna to cancel my membership and she was super helpful and offered me alternatives to cancellation but was not pushing for me to keep my membership.

I would have marked less than 3 stars as I think it's pretty bad I have to call to cancel subscription. Why can't this be done online?
However, Anna was very helpful in cancelling the subscription, hence upping it to 3 stars.
