I have placed an order from this website and on the check out giving option of getting the shipping in 1-2 days and is been a week and there is not shipping or any response from them,the customer service is awful.
I will never order again.
I have already sent a tracking number via e-mail and messanger on fb

Ho fatto un ordine il 21 febbraio con spedizione entro 48h, non mi è arrivato nessun pacco e non rispondono alle email. Il numero dell'ordine è 250221175503. Se non riceverò l'ordine a breve dovrò procedere per vie legali.

Commande passée le 15 février est toujours rien reçu à ce jour.
La commande à bien été débité.

L ordine in questione è il numero 250221004824 , gradirei essere contattata ..e comunque un vostro disguido .vorrei una risposta immediata cortesemente . In merito alla vostra risposta io mi auguro che la consegna sia prevista tra 3-7 giorni lavorativi , mi sembra davvero strano che non rispondiate a nessuna delle mail mentre qui si !

UPDATE 2: they have sent me an email saying my order will arrive in 2 working days, this was on the 19th February- still nothing received and still no response to my emails!!

I've placed an order and received an order confirmation email, however I haven't had any delivery or tracking communication. I've messaged on instagram and emailed twice but had no response. Please either return my money or provide an update on my order.

Excellent products for every possible skin concern. The boosters are amazing and I’ve noticed a difference in the firmness of my skin. The 5 minute eye bag remover really works! I’ve always had under eye bags and this is the only product I’ve tried that actually makes a difference. Great customer service from the team too.

Really satisfied with products. I saw the difference from day 1.
I start using Booster 6 for my belly - it is a gel structure with cooling effect. It tighten up my belly skin with visible improvement after 2 weeks.

I have no tracking details. I have emailed through Facebook Instagram and tiktok and had no response at all. Could you please tell me where my order is. Otherwise I would like a refund I didn't receive a order number. Just confirmation of order your asking for the order number but you have not supplied me with one. You have my address and email. So how long is it going to take for a restock, why wasn't I informed of low stock. Its not very good customer service. If I don't get my product by next week I would like my money back please. Mail reste sans réponse, argent déjà encaisser.
Vraiment pas sérieux et non fiable comme site à fuire.

Ho acquistato oggi. E poi ho letto le molte recensioni negative sulla spedizione. Al servizio clienti non rispondono. Spero che il mio pacco arrivi in 48h come scritto sul sito. Nel caso aggiornerò la recensione.

Sto utilizzando i prodotti 2 volte al giorno ma non ho visto miglioramenti….
L’ho fatto presente all’azienda ma non ho ricevuto risposta…

Unfortunately I had to use this source to get a response from some different emails I had already sent requesting some specific information about the product. I think the system could improve so customers do not think this company is a scam and they should review or change their delivery provider to offer a more reliable service to everyone. So far so good, I received the information I was after and I am going to see now my experience ordering the products.

Ho comprato il set "From head to toe". Ci ha messo un bel po' in più di tempo ad arrivare ma alla fine sono stati consegnati,e devo dire che i prodotti non sembrano male,non hanno un buonissimo profumo ma sembrano efficaci, le uso da solo una settimana e già si nota qualche miglioramento.

Commande reçu après bcp de retard sans réponse aux mails envoyé, seule réponse du site ici sur une plateforme de 100% consommateurs.
Commande reçu mais produit cassé et crème partout dans le colis donc inutilisable . J'aurai aimé mettre une photo pour vous faire voir l'état de réception . 57€ d'achat à la poubelle 👏 . Aucune possibilité de leur faire savoir , car pas de suivi rien absolument rien aucun mail aucun retour .
Du grand n'importe quoi pour des produits chers et de mauvaises qualités packaging
