I was served by Adam Brown
I was served by Adam Brown. He was fantastic throughout and answered all of my questions. He delivered exemplary service, called back when he said he would and kept me informed. The driver turned up on time on the specified day and the agreed amount transferred into my account. An overall great service. I will use again

It was an easy process, but money was reduced
It was an easy process, but it was frustrating that you start with a reasonable offer but you then only pay out less than half of the original offer

Hi Sandy,
Thank you for your feedback — we're really sorry to hear you felt let down by the final offer. Our initial valuations are based on the information provided online, but these can change once the full condition of the vehicle is assessed during the appraisal process.
That said, we understand how frustrating it can be if the revised offer ends up significantly lower. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we'll use your comments to improve how we manage expectations upfront.
Thankyou for choosing The Car Buying Group!
Calum was great ✨
Calum was really helpful, friendly and provided an efficient service! He got back to me when he said he would, and was totally non judgemental. He was very kind, honest and patient during the valuation process - what a credit to the company. Although I didn’t go through with a sale, I appreciated the transparency offered and time taken to go through the procedures with me. Great company, great staff 😊 Will 100% be recommending to others looking to sell their car, and will bear them in mind for future reference. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Waheed,
Thanks for sharing your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you feel that way.
Our prices are based on current market conditions, the vehicle’s condition, history, and demand. While we aim to be competitive, some vehicles may receive lower valuations if there are issues that affect resale potential, such as high mileage, modifications, or missing service history.
If you'd like us to re-review your vehicle or discuss the valuation further, we’re more than happy to take another look.
Quick and smooth
