The products are pretty good, but the customer service isn't. I got so frustrated trying to update my preferences on their website and message them that I just canceled my subscription.

My honest review
From calling in and getting my order revised, to receiving my products in a timely manner, to my automatic payments reflecting correctly on my acct, the entire experience has been seamless. The product speaks for itself. My skin looks and feels great every time I use it. It's become a BIG PART of my moisturizing routine. I've been using it for 2 years now and I have no complaints. I don't use all the products, but the ones I do, I'm very happy with.

Product changes
I tried to find a previous product that I was running out of and couldn’t find it on the website. So I ordered something else that looked similar and I hope it was replacing what I had before.
It would be nice if you could say a product is being replaced with this one if you change one.

Customer for eight years
I like that it seems to make a big difference on my chest and arms. I have been using it on my legs and seems to help with the loose skin. The down fall is it has done nothing for the look of cellite. Overall , pleased with results.

Don't try to cancel and return your product. you will pay for shipping of over $17, they provide no labels and they will also deduct about the same amount from your refund for the "free" shipping when they sent it to you. I tried several emails to send them a complaint, including the one given to me by a customer service agent and they are all false. Jane Seymour should be ashamed of herself representing this company!

Beautiful, kind and gentle to the skin .I love my kit,it is exactly what my elderly body needs and enjoy.i love the moisture,not greasy or gooey,no residue as it absorbs,it is not a wet substance that just sits or slides on the skin surface.i am always running out of the vit c and hand cream ( I use them every time I wash my hands/arms and keep the hand cream in my purse),I probably have to adjust these 2 items so I don't run out (I keep a tube of hand cream by my bedside drawer as well).I have received wonderful, kind comments on my neck,hands and face.aside, from the sight and presence of arthritic hands, my skin are moist and radiant.i am working hard though on my under eye bugs.i need to adjust my kit to get my neck repair treatment back in my kit soon and get more ,hopefully double the hand cream and vitamin c to keep the glow and protect my skin _ I have to look into my finance situation , make sure I can afford it.i am a 83 yrs old and 23 yrs breast cancer survivor enjoying your kindness products and loving life,I just need to make sure I can afford more than my monthly payment.thank you everyone,jayne Seymour and staff.God Bless Us All and thank you for your time and space!

I get to Taylor make my box and the time it comes between. I’ve found I don’t use the product as fast as they were coming so to skip a couple times works for me.

I love the products
I love the products. The body lotion helps keep my skin smooth. Do you have a lotion that keeps your body skin moist and maybe were can keep the mosquito off. Like a insect repellent but dones smell like one? Have a good scent but you dont know your trying to keep the bugs off of you. This might only be Texas in the south issue. Lol

Numerous attempts at canceling
I've can elephant my order numerous times. It doesnt work for me. I received emails stating you got my cancelation only to be charged 2 months later for an order. As I can't access my emails daily it gets run thru my PayPal account.
