I did not sign up for recurring crepe…
I did not sign up for recurring crepe erase. I wanted to try it because you advertised a sale. I did not like the product and do not want to use it again. I was shocked to see it charged on my credit card today. I called to have it cancelled and not shipped. I know things do not get shipped immediately. Most companies are very helpful in cancelling right away.

Deceptive purchase/ subscription
I purchased the sample package. After using for a week my skin started to blister. Do not use if you have sensitive skin. I returned the sample package per their guarantee. They refunded the sample package but 2 days later charged me the first of 3 installments each larger than the sample price and sent me a new package. Obviously they had received my return.... they had refunded it. They don't advertise that you are automatically signed up for a very expensive subscription even when you return their products.

What a scam
What a scam. I ordered the set that was on sale for 59 or $78 and all of a sudden a month and a half later I have a pending charge for $115.01. So I called them waited on hold for about three minutes, and the lady explained that I had a subscription. I didn’t know that I had a subscription, never signed up for a subscription, don’t want a subscription and that I would receive two more charges of $115.01 over the next two months because they break it up so that people don’t have to pay the $345 all at once. She claimed it has already been sent, but as I complained more, she offered me more as far as discounts, etc. she also said that I could delay the mailing if I wanted to. So I asked how can you delay the mailing if it’s already been sent she kind of stuttered and had absolutely no response. So then I told her cancel my subscription and I was met with what are you sure you want to cancel it? As she tried to sell me more and give me more discounts. The last discount was she would forgive the last two payments and I’d only have to pay $115.01 for the one that was supposedly already sent, but who knows she also said that if I didn’t want what was already sent it was on my dime to take it to the post office or UPS to return it. So I’m calling my credit card because I don’t think I should have to pay to return their junk that I never ordered Oh, and by the way, Cerve Works just as well. But if you really want the crêpe erase it’s a lot cheaper on Amazon.

I agree with the reviews which state…
I agree with the reviews which state the the one time offer sends you to subscription hell. I thought I was getting a deal (too good to be true) ended up paying 3 times as much as I thought, got products I didn't want or need and hoops to jump through to return. I just threw it away. The body cream sits on your skin so it hard to get dressed after use. Not my life style to but on cream and then just lounge around till it soaks in. I feel like I got taken would not recommend to anyone.

Cancellation not Honored
I cancelled my account with Crepe Erase on July 15, 2026 and received an email verification. I was again charged 89.44 on Aug 8, 2026 and can only reach skin care specialists on a phone line. No customer account disputes or chats available. I need that refund now. Now I will have to receive the product and PAY to return it for a refund. I am unhappy with this. And how can I keep them from sending again and the same thing happening?

This company took my trial and made it into a subscription without my concent. They keep taking my money even though I did not give them permission. I am going to look into legal measures at this time. The product did not work for me. I did not ask for additional shipments. They keep sending and charging.
