Sibu, wenn Sie den Duft unseres natürlichen Öls als zu stark empfinden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, einige Tropfen eines ätherischen Öls hinzuzufügen, das Sie gerne mögen, wie z. B. ätherisches Orangen- oder Jasminöl, um den Duft zu überdecken und dennoch von den Eigenschaften des Produkts zu profitieren. Außerdem können Sie das Öl mit einem Trägeröl wie Sesam- oder Rizinusöl verdünnen, um die Intensität des Duftes abzuschwächen.

i have responded 3 times after companing that ive been left with hndreds of blocked pores after using the products for 3 months. They asked me which i used i sent pictures twice and nothing!!! Never had skin lie this before.

My order was shipped on January 24th…
My order was shipped on January 24th and tracking was showing movement then as of February 1st movement with tracking stopped. Contacted customer service and they said to be assured my packaged would be delivered it is now Feb 6th and still no movment and USPS csnt locate thr package. Was told to wait another 24 to 48 hrs I did and they sre not sending out another package just gave me the same run around

Lost order…
My parcel was lost in the post over Christmas! Contacted customer services and they replied promptly that they were sorry but should be with me in 5 days . Still no parcel but contacted me again and sent me out a new order! I am giving 5 stars as they kept me informed all the way and I have to say I will order again as I love their products and fantastic customer care! These things happen but they did their very best to help! Always a free sample with order as well! Great company! Thanks

Sembravano ottimi all’inizio
A me dispiace molto, ma purtroppo i prodotti, dopo poco tempo dall’apertura, iniziano ad avere un odore rancido, tanto da renderli inutilizzabili e mi hanno fatto desistere dal continuare ad utilizzarli. Con molto dispiacere sono tornata ai prodotti più “chimici” ma almeno sono sicura che vengano controllati, visti i diversi canali di vendita utilizzati.

Grossartiger Kundenservice!
Leider ist das erste bestellte Fläschchen ausgelaufen angekommen. Völlig problemlos habe ich bereits 2 Tage später ein neues Fläschchen erhalten. Nachdem ich das Produkt einige Tage benutzt hatte, habe ich festgestellt, dass ich es nicht vertrage. Nachdem ich den Kundendienst kontaktiert habe, wurde mir sofort eine Gutschrift zugesichert. Ich bin absolut begeistert von so einem grossartigen Kundenservice. Danke dafür!!

This company provides great service. Their products are beautiful. All of the products I have tried actually do what they say they will. I’m very impressed with what I have used so far, which includes body lotion & oil, & the facial oils & cream which surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I started to use the Kesaradi face oil which is amazing!.
Though I received a damaged product originally(sample leaked), I started to use the Kesaradi face oil which is amazing. It makes the skin on my face and neck so soft and dewy. I even find the smell quite pleasant now.

Zachte huid
Levering was traag, maar na een mailtje kreeg ik het heel snel. Misschien de decemberdrukte?
De oliën zijn echt fantastisch, ik heb een hele zachte en gevoedde huid nu na een paar weken gebruik. Zelfs mijn dochter zei afgelopen week dat ik een hele zachte huid heb. De nachtolie heeft geen geur, maar de youth dag olie heeft wel een geur en ruikt heerlijk.
Vandaag meteen nieuwe besteld, want hier wil ik niet zonder!

Le due stelle sono una per la qualità dei prodotti , buona , l’altro per la gentilezza del servizio clienti , squisita.
Purtroppo ci sono grandi lacune per quanto riguarda l’organizzazione e la consegna.Mi è arrivato il prodotto sbagliato dopo una lunga odissea coi corrieri, e da ottobre aspetto che arrivi quello giusto , sempre in partenza secondo il tracking.
Peccato perché avrei acquistato ancora da questa azienda , che tutto sommato penso sia seria , solo con problemi da risolvere di logistica e organizzazione .

I love the oils and scents but it doesn't stay moisturized the whole day ... seems to hit surface and wear off .. even when i put on right after shower

It's fine to use your moisturizer or SPF protection after applying our face oils for extra moisturization when needed
We recommend warming the oils before you use them to help make application easier, and easier for the skin to absorb, allowing you to use less oil.

Best skincare I have ever found
I use the mannish glow night time elixir and the kesaradi daily glow. These are my favorite skincare products along with calcium bentonite clay face mask from “natures cleansing clay” and a microdermabrasion scrub. Anytime I try to incorporate anything else in my skincare routine I break out. I am 48 years old and have combination skin. My skin used to be oily so I was a bit afraid to use these but they have literally solved all of my skincare problems and will not only recommend them to everyone I know, I will probably never stop using them. My boyfriend now uses them too. lol he likes them better than his beard oils and uses the mannish glue all over his face. Highly recommend these products.

Products Hit & Miss - Poor Delivery Times
Be aware - delivery of products can be very unreliable with timing. Out of 4 orders, 2 not processed until 1-2 weeks after the order was placed and 1 was wrongly addressed and took over a month to arrive. In each of these cases the customer service just kept saying they are busy it’ll be posted in the next 2 days (it still took over a week to be posted on both cases).
In regard to product:
* Rufolia PRO Periorbital Eyemulsion is excellent and has done wonders for my eye area (wrinkles and pigmentation). Recommend this one!
* Cerabuild eye and neck cream feels lovely and absorbs beautifully into my skin. It does have a strong floral fragrance that can be a bit overpowering but dissipates quickly.
* Manjistha Lip Balm has an extremely overpowering floral smell (like a heavy-sikly old lady perfume) - an odd choice for a lip balm. I couldn’t wear it and tried to give it away but no one I knew could bear the overpowering smell.
* Sandalwood Rose Age Defying Eye Butter was a bit oily on the eyes (definitely a night product) and was quite grainy and has heavy floral fragrance. It’s still sitting in my cabinet barely used after 12 months - I should have returned it.
* Coconut Rose Softening Cleanser, leaves a heavy residue and even after double washing there’s was still make up evident on my face just by wiping a make-up wipe across it (including foundation).
* Yauvari Youth Spring Oil is a lovely oil, not too heavy and not overly fragrance. I didn’t notice any big changes but I probably wasn’t consistent enough after an initial 3 weeks of really use.
Overall a bit hit and miss but definitely a fan of the eye Rufolia eye creams (both the dark red and pink tubes have given me great results).

Haven't received order
Placed order in Nov, still hasn't arrived, doubt it's even been shipped yet,getting same type of apology emails saying il have it very soon! Very disappointed as I've ordered before and received order in timely delivery, thought order was coming from Germany, not outer mongolia
