Kostenlos bekam ich den Lip Balm, der auch mit seiner ganz leichten Rose Färbung richtig schön ist. 🙊 Nicht gefallen hat mir das Black Gram Booster Massage Oil, bei dem mir der Duft einfach nicht gefällt. Toll ist, das man immer noch kleine Gratis Produkte in kleinen Flaschen dazu bekommt, die für die Reise perfekt sind. Fazit: Ich bin super zufrieden und werden eine treue Kundin werden. Danke!

Auch eine vorangegangene Retoure verlief problemlos. Die Produkte sind super und sollte die Lieferung mal 2 Tage länger dauern (was bei mir bisher nicht der Fall war) dann warte ich gerne.

Leider musste ich ein Produkt zurück senden, da mir der Duft des Körpers Öls nicht gefiel. Ich schrieb also den Kundendienst an, mit der Bitte mir ein Retourenlabel zu senden.
Es kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung, mit den Angeboten, dass ich mir ein ätherisches Orangenöl kaufen könne um
es dem Artikel bei zu mischen… (Wie bitte ? Ich finde das ziemlich frech..Des Weiteren boten sie mir ein kostenloses Ersatzprodukt an, welches mir eventuell besser gefallen könnte. ( Woher wollten sie das wissen? )
Beides kam für mich nicht in Frage, also bedankte ich mich für die Angebote und bat noch mal um die Zusendung eines Rücksendeetiketts.
Eine Rückmeldung dazu kam wieder recht schnell. Mit den folgenden Informationen: 1. Sie stellen keine
vorfrankierten Rücksendeetiketten zur Verfügung.
2. Für die Kosten der Rücksendung ist man selbst verantwortlich, sie empfehlen hierfür die Nutzung eines nachverfolgbaren Versanddienstes oder den Abschluss einer Versand Versicherung, da sie ja nicht garantieren können, den zurückgesendeten Artikel zu erhalten. Sobald der zurück gesendete Artikel angekommen ist, bekomme man dafür eine Rückerstattung. …. Nochmals ein großes wie bitte?!?… Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen. Finde das alles sehr unterirdisch und frech, zumal sie mit einem 30 Tage Rückgaberecht werben!

Don't use their face oil it ruins clothes
I really liked their moisture cream so I bought face oil to try. I didn't use it right away since I had inventory that I wanted to use up. Once I used it I RUINED two outfits. The oil that they sold so dark that it stained my clothes and it would not come out. I had a sample of a different oil that they make that is clear so I tried that and it wasn't a problem. I returned four bottles of the oil that was ruining my clothes and asked that they substitute the clear oil. All they returned to me was one bottle and a miniscule sample. I won't patronize a company that won't stand buy their products! I really should make a claim for the clothes they ruined.

We reviewed your account and our prior email communications dated January 16, 2026 and January 22, 2026, where we confirmed the resolution we could offer: one full-size Kesaradi Daily Glow Face Oil along with one mini bottle of the same product. These items were processed and shipped accordingly.
We also want to share additional context regarding the exchange request: the original order you placed for the Paraania Oil Pack of 3 was purchased on August 25, 2025 and falls outside our standard exchange eligibility. However, as a goodwill gesture, we made an exception and processed the exchange for you.
We also recommend trying the traditional Ayurvedic practice called Abhyanga, where you massage the oil into your skin and let it absorb for 15 minutes or more before taking a warm shower or bath. Because water and oil do not mix, the process creates an emulsification on your skin and a protective moisture barrier. You also wouldn't need to worry about the oil transferring onto clothing or furniture with this method. The next best method is to apply it as soon as you get out of the shower or bath while your skin is still warm and damp and then wait a few minutes for the oil to be absorbed before getting dressed.

I have been studying Ayurveda since I first encountered it in India 43 years ago. So to be a able to purchase such well formulated, pure, natural, skincare products is very important. I particularly love the Nicumin face cleanser and the Rufolia eye cream. I am hooked on your products and can't imagine buying from any other resource. And the packaging is exquisite. Thank you for making such a fantastic line of skin care, and selling it at an affordable price..

Love these products!
I have been using these oils for over 4 years. I started out with the day/night duo and I still use them. I have bought several different items through the years also. I also love the golden years face serum, the turmerisa face oil and the iYYlipd Lip Balm. I also use the rose coconut face cleanser.

I love these guys!
I stumbled across Ayurvedic Experience a few years ago and have been using their products consistently since then. I've found their customer service to be easy to reach and responsive, and I've enjoyed trying products and product types (like facial moisturizing oils rather than creams) with which I have little experience. Not everything has been a winner, but that's only because of personal preference where I find a texture or scent doesn't quite suit. I especially like the ghee-based eye cream and the lip moisturizer and use them very consistently. They have great sales and I've never had a problem getting a replacement where a product really hasn't worked for me. I recommend them to my friends, and my friends have occasionally benefitted from my over-buying. The Christmas set they sold at half price in 2024 would have lasted me into 2027 if I hadn't shared! Love these guys and like the fact that this is a consortium that uses plants I actually know about from a nodding acquaintance with ayurvedic medicine.

I first ordered the Day/Night Face Duo in 2020...
I first ordered the Day/Night Face Duo in 2020, and found them to work better than any of the expensive serums I had tried in the past. Since then, I have several staples I love. I use the Rufolia Pro Eye Contour Cream every morning and evening on my eyes. It isn't greasy and gives a nice glow. I just started using the Firm Focus Neck Mask, and it does smooth some minor lines. I also use Black Gram Body Booster body oil and the lotion, when I am not too lazy to put it on. It does hydrate the skin nicely. Obviously, nothing is a miracle "cure" for my 65-year-old skin. I hate anything greasy or heavy, and I stick with what seems to work for me. These products have helped to keep me youthful looking, in addition to good genes, and SPF. Your packaging is gorgeous, and even though I'm paying for what I get, it is like receiving a lovely gift.

Prefer Natural Ingredients
I prefer natural ingredients and I keep it very minimal and simple. The Ayurveda Experience body, hair, and face oil help with both of these preferences. I don't use anything else, water, soap, and oils. Love these oils and definitely notice great moisturizing.

Amazing Products
Amazing Products
I am currently using Yauvari Amplified Youth Spring and Cerabuild. I love love love them. I will be 60 this year and my skin looks amazing and healthy and vibrant. Most people think I am in my 40s. I have referred so many friend to these products. They also help to keep my eczema at bay and reduce flare ups and I do not need my eczema prescription often.

I purchased the firm focus neck mask. Within seconds of use my neck was itching terribly and then went red. I washed it off then I read all the details of the long list of ingredients. I prefer a short list of all natural ingredients.

Modernica products are safe, effective formulations: thousands of clients have loved them and have benefited from them, however, it is possible that you were sensitive to one of the ingredients and it did not work for you.
We have refunded your order, and the amount will be credited to your account within 5-10 days. You are not requested to send the product back. Instead, you may pass it on to someone else who may be interested in trying it, or feel free to dispose of it.
