I had to send an email to see where my order was - however, quick response and then sunglasses arrived less than 48 hours from email.

Customers should be informed when ordering of such long delays in the delivery of goods so customers can make an informed decision as to whether or not to place an order.

Delivery time slot was not met, currently waiting for 9 days and still no sign of it from the tracking.

I have ordered several items on the 13th of June for family visiting from abroad who are about to fly back and I still haven't received any items. The company's communications are beyond poor. It is the 4th of July and the tracking link for the items allegedly shows that they dispatched the items on the 16th of June to Royal Mail. Royal Mail still haven't received the items. I will be demanding a full refund and will never order from theariadne again and advise all to stay away from them

The Company is Great, the products are true, the customer service really on point. I would just say the handbags’s protective bags were not really as shown in the videos of reviews. It was average in quality.
But the rest was amazing

I would not recommend purchasing from Ariadné based on my experience.

I ordered a custom moissanite engagement ring for approximately £153. Within just three days of normal wear, stones started falling out of the ring. I contacted customer support and, after some discussion, they agreed to send a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement ring also proved to be faulty. In just two days, it developed missing stones and the band bent far more easily than I would expect from an engagement ring worn under normal daily conditions.

When I requested a refund, Ariadné repeatedly refused, stating that because the ring was custom made they do not offer refunds and would only provide replacements. I explained that under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers still have rights when goods are faulty, regardless of a company’s own refund policy, but they continued to refuse.

I eventually raised a dispute with my bank and provided extensive evidence, including photographs, email correspondence and details of both faulty rings. Ariadné later asked me to send photographs of both rings, stating they would investigate the matter as a priority. I did so immediately.

After waiting over a month with no update whatsoever, they eventually replied only after I chased them again. Their conclusion was that the replacement ring had bent because “a lot of force” had been applied. This completely ignored the fact that stones are also missing from the replacement ring, which was one of the main faults I had reported.

Throughout the process I spent months exchanging emails, repeating the same information and trying to resolve the matter reasonably. Despite multiple opportunities to put things right, the company continued to refuse a refund and instead repeatedly offered another replacement, even though two rings had already failed.

The matter is still ongoing because my bank initially refunded the payment but later advised that the merchant had challenged the dispute, leaving me having to consider legal action to recover the money.

Based on my own experience I cannot recommend Ariadné. I expected an engagement ring to last significantly longer than a few days before developing faults, and I found the after-sales support and complaint handling extremely disappointing.

I am still awaiting the refund after 1 month. The company keep promising it has been done, and still NO REFUND. The advertising was fake. Bag was not leather, the reason for my return.

When I tried to order a bag, they kept telling me to try again because the card didn't work. Then, they told me that three identical bags were ordered, but then canceled. I was so upset that I immediately canceled the order. But even after 10 days, my card still hadn't received the payment. I no longer trust you guys, and I want a refund as soon as possible....

Waited 3+ weeks for a pair of uv protective polarised lensed sunglasses (as listed on their website). It arrived today with two pairs of very cheap looking & feeling sunglasses, neither of them polarised lenses and thrown a cheap pair of earrings into the delivery as well. Demanding a full refund and this is false marketing and scamming.

Delivery is unreliable. The bag is poor quality and just not worth the money. Might as well be a dropshipper company. Such a shame.

I purchased a bag from Ariadné, but unfortunately it wasn't what I was expecting. The quality, style, and overall appearance did not match what I was looking for personally, so I decided within minutes of opening the parcel that it wasn't for me.

That said, I would like to thank Christyle from customer service for her professionalism and prompt assistance throughout the return process. She responded quickly to my emails, clearly explained the available options, and arranged my refund without delay.

The company offered me the option of a 50% refund while keeping the bag, which I appreciated. However, as I knew I would not use the item, I preferred to return it rather than keep something that wasn't right for me, even with the discount.

While the product itself did not meet my personal expectations, I cannot fault the customer service I received. Thank you, Christyle, for handling my refund request efficiently and professionally.

Within 2 minutes of placing an order, on Tuesday mid-day, I called tocancel and there is an auto message that you need to email. So, I emailed to cancel. The auto email which I received indicated that I would get a reply within 24 hours on weekdays. By Wednesday night, I still did not receive a reply. On Thursday, I received a reply that my order could not be canceled as it was shipped and that I would need to wait for delivery to learn the return policy. I asked for the return instructions so that I could be 100% ready to do the return. So far, Friday night and no update.

This place is a joke! The delivery is not next working day I would stay clear of this company ive waited over a month and still.not delivered

Very easy customer service experience with Olivia!

Terrible service. I purchased a bag for my friend's birthday. It took eight days and active follow-up from me before the bag was even shipped. It arrived after my friends birthday so I had to get her something different from elsewhere. Customer services tried to offer a partial refund. I had to specifically ask how to get a full refund - the response to that request included reminders that I was liable for it until receipt at the warehouse and that it can take 2weeks to get my money back. No offer of any kind of remediation for the late delivery. I have had to pay nearly £5 to return it. Here's hoping I get the money back one day... The bag itself is fairly flimsy and overpriced.
