Ich habe dort einen Ring bestellt, Lieferung hat ewig gedauert, sodass ich die Annahme verweigert habe. Sie haben den Ring dann einfach nochmal losgeschickt und da er vom Nachbarn angenommen wurde konnte ich die Lieferung leider nicht nochmal verweigern. Auf Anfragen zwecks Retoure wird einfach nicht reagiert. Außerdem sieht der Ring furchtbar billig aus. Rechtliche Schritte werden eingeleitet. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Als erstes hatte die Lieferung sehr lange gedauert, so , dass ich gezwungen war mir doch andere Taschen zu kaufen und jetzt versuche ich verzweifelt eine Retoure abzuwickeln , da der Kundenservice nur in Englisch kommuniziert und es derartig kompliziert macht, anstatt mir nur einen Paketaufkleber oder einen Screencode zu schicken, vergeht die Zeit. Große Enttäuschung!!!!!

Katastrophal! Minderwertige Ware in der vollkommen falschen Farbe. Kundenservice akzeptiert das 14-tätige Widerrufsrecht bislang nicht. Rücksendelabel bzw. Adresse zur Rücksendung: Fehlanzeige!Juristische Schritte vorbehalten! Wahrscheinlich geht man davon aus, dass für ca. Euro 70,- alles akzeptiert wird..Als regelmäßiger Onlinekäufer habe ich das noch nicht erlebt!

They respond very quickly I had the wrong address they corrected it the day after I had placed the order I would consider updating the site by putting a change of address in case of error but for the rest they were completely very helpful

Entgegen der vielen schlechten Bewertungen habe ich eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit dem Shop gemacht. Ich habe vor ca 1,5 Wochen eine Tasche bestellt , die ich heute erhalten habe. Die Tasche ist exakt so, wie auf der Seite abgebildet und beschrieben. Tatsächlich sehr gut verarbeitet. Die Tasche kommt aus Belgien, deshalb die etwas längere Lieferzeit. Man bekommt aber eine Sendungsverfolgung, die auch gut funktioniert hat. Das Prozedere im Fall einer Retoure kann ich demnach nicht bewerten. Ich würde aber wieder dort bestellen.

Very bad return Policy. the products are sending directly from China, which cost them to make a product for 5 euro. after that they sell for 60 euro plus. No issue at that stage but the product looks very cheap and if you want to return it you have to pay retun shipping cost to UK (England) which is more than 20 Euro as they need trackable Parcel. It does not make any sense at all to pay more than 30 percent charge just for the returning product.

Great help with my order

This company was really helpful to me. I ordered something from them that did not fit when I received it they immediately sent me a new piece but I also couldn't fit. They were also understanding about each issue that I had and was very helpful and also responded very quickly. They have lots of beautiful things that you can order I would really recommend using them. Thanks again for being so helpful God bless.

Utterly shocked at this company's 'customer service'. I am wondering if this company is spam?

I ordered a bag which i returned due to quality issues. To do this, you have to contact them via email or website to request a refund. (which i initiated on the 26th May)

I contacted them numerous times via email, online form submission, facebook and instagram - and heard nothing.

Eventually, after much persisting, i received an email with the return address. I have returned the bag to this address but have heard nothing since and have not received a refund.

I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this company.

I brought a necklace for my friends 50th birthday. The necklace is beautiful. There was a mistake made but Arianna was straight on the job to get it sorted and a new one is on the way. Excellent communication and fast response in getting the issue sorted. I will buy from them again.

I had the most wonderful experience with Ariadne. I mistakenly ordered the incorrect color of a purse. I contacted customer service about the issue, and the response was prompt, friendly and so helpful. I was given several options for my situation, and it was totally resolved to my satisfaction. I truly have never received such personal and kind customer support. I absolutely be shopping at Ariadne again!

The support team did not address my concerns at all. They ignored my concerns with the quality of the bag, the poor delivery, and the money I spent on the bag. I am disappointed and will not be using this company again if the don’t resolve my issue with a refund or a shipping label. I was very excited for this bag but my expectations have not been met for spending over $80.

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit Ariadne sehr enttäuschend.

Ich habe eine Tasche für eine Hochzeit bestellt, doch die Lieferung hat deutlich länger gedauert als erwartet. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und mitgeteilt, dass ich meine Bestellung stornieren möchte, da ich die Tasche nicht mehr benötigte. Mir wurde jedoch gesagt, dass eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich sei, weil das Paket bereits versandt worden war. Stattdessen wurde mir ein Rabatt von 10 % auf den Kaufpreis zugesagt – diesen habe ich allerdings nie erhalten.

Einige Tage später habe ich den Kundenservice erneut kontaktiert und erklärt, dass das Paket nicht bei mir angekommen ist, obwohl ich am Zustelltag zu Hause war. Stattdessen wurde es an eine weit entfernte Filiale geliefert. Deshalb habe ich darum gebeten, das Paket an den Absender zurückschicken zu lassen, und eine Rückerstattung beantragt.

Drei Wochen vergingen, ohne dass ich eine Antwort erhielt. Erst nachdem ich erneut geschrieben und darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass ich immer noch auf eine Rückmeldung sowie auf die Rückerstattung warte und dass laut Sendungsverfolgung das Paket bereits seit mehreren Tagen bei Ihnen eingegangen war, erhielt ich endlich eine Antwort. Allerdings wurde ich lediglich um Geduld gebeten, da die Situation erst noch überprüft werden müsse.

UPDATE: Ich habe noch eine EMail von Ariadne bekommen. Diesmal auf Englisch (unklar warum?!) und sie sagten, dass sie die Situation geprüft haben und werden eine erneute Lieferung für mich vereinbaren. Das ist überhaupt nicht was ich wollte. Sie wollen mir mein Geld nicht zurückzahlen. Eine ganz klare Prellerei!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Kundenservice und kann eine Bestellung bei Ariadne leider nicht empfehlen. Bleib von der Seite weg.

The order was not dispatched on time and only 2 bags were delivered out of 7 ordered and the team kept on insisting that the whole Shipment has been sent. Moreover the quality of the 2 bags received is not good , they look so shabby and as per their 30days refund policy have written to them for return and refund but have received no answer till now.

The order didn’t arrive on time.. I had to chase twice. It’s arrived and is huge.. didn’t look that big in the photos and there was no measurements. So not really happy with it but your returns policy won’t let me return it apparently.
