Returning to the UK from Bahrain, the local agent's partner here in the UK was Eurogroup. Part of our belongings were sent by air because we needed them as quickly as possible and the remainder by sea. Both shipments were cleared and delivered to our home with an absolute minimum of fuss. Our contact in Eurogroup, Frankie, was always there to make sure we knew about any developments in the shipments and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Eurogroup to anyone looking to ship goods into the UK or abroad.

We moved back to the UK from New Zealand and the service from Eurogroup was fantastic. Both World moving in NZ and Eurogroup in the UK provided us a great personal service. We moved during Covid so things were very fluid and bookings on ships were cancelled or delayed a number of times but we kept up to date at all times. Once the container started its trip Frankie Hand was in touch with us throughout, arranged storage in the UK and delivery once we had settled. The guys that delivered our belongings were very diligent, friendly and took great care of the house and furniture. A great service and would definitely recommend.

Frankie Hand was excellent, our move from the US back to the UK was made very simple. Frankie was very responsive and helpful. Give her a pay rise please, staff like this are hard to find.

Eurogroup facilitated the delivery in the UK of our personal belongings shipped from South Africa. From the start, Miss Frankie Hand from Eurogroup kept is informed of where our shipment was in the process of delivery. It was such a pleasure to work with her. The delivery was completed smoothly and efficiently.

I can definitely recommend this great company. My move back from overseas to the UK was smooth from start to finish. Frankie Hand, who dealt with me was extremely professional and efficient. I was updated every step of the way, from my shipment going through customs to the exact delivery date and even time, the communication was excellent. The delivery team was exceptional too. Eurogroup had many boxes of mine in storage over quite a few years. I paid the monthly fees by direct debit, always on time. After some years I asked to take some of my boxes out, which contained years' worth of photos and personal documents - these boxes had been lost. As it turns out most of the items in storage had been lost by Eurogroup while they moved premises, some valuable pieces of furniture in amongst many personal, irreplacable items. Not only did the company not seem to care, but after more than 5 years of wrangling they offered me £1,000 towards the value of my items, a small fraction of their worth. They would not even consider refunding me for the years of storage that I paid for items that had been lost as Eurogroup's own internal records were so inadequate that they had no idea when the items had been moved from one storage unit to another and then lost.

The thought of moving was rather daunting after all, you mostly only hear horror stories.
The minute we chose this company, from getting a quote, packing up our precious contents - in speedy time so much care was taken.
When uncertain completing forms - we were supported. While our previous cargo was pending shipment to sailing the seas we were kept updated.
When our boxes arrived, the service was great.
The staff were friendly and lightened the mood with a few jokes - this was very much needed as it struck us at this point this would be our new home.
I am grateful we found such a great company to help us relocate and would definitely recommend their services.

I don’t usually post reviews but.. Absolutely amazing! TransOn in Dubai were brilliant and Eurogroup in UK were equally brilliant. We brought 1 TV, 2 sofas and a whole load of glassware and kitchenware. Everything was boxed securely and arrived in pristine condition! They even made a little wardrobe out of cardboard boxes for my wive’s long dresses and hung them up.. they arrived just like that! :O we were shocked.

A big thank you to the whole TransOn team who always kept me informed by having everyone CC’d in emails so everyone was always up to date.

Frankie from Eurogroup was superb and responsive. We had to amend location and dates a few times due to our situation and she was on the ball!

We were moving due to having a baby and also had to move into a new flat in UK so had to deal with many companies. But TransOn and EuroGroup shone beyond the rest by miles :)

A fabulous service from start to finish in some fairly difficult times. Frankie Hand was so professional and on the ball she gave us total confidence that all would be well, and so it was. The communication throughout the process was timely and appropriate and the collection and delivery teams were efficient and helpful and operated in a very safe mannerl.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This company moved our personal effects from UK to Cyprus with little to NO care whatsoever. The majority of our large items have arrived with some form of damage. The items damaged include our bed frame, mattress (which has been returned to us filthy), bedside drawers, laundry hamper, baby changing unit and washing machine. Furthermore, several of our plastic storage boxes have been smashed to pieces. They have also lost a part of one of our large items and cannot locate it, rendering the item completely useless. There response to this so far has been 'you have insurance' which is utterly infuriating and completely beside the point. I would strongly recommend AVOIDING at all costs.

Really the only complaint I have is being charged £75 for an extra day of storage when days before you were informed of when we were ready for delivery of goods. It was not our fault that customs did not clear our container when they did. I feel we should not be penalized for this.

Eurogroup did an excellent job of receiving our 40' container from the USA, handling all Customs details, and and providing us with an outstanding team of experts to unload our belongings, Flash Gordon of Dorset, England. We heartily recommend Eurogroup and its affiliates!

As soon as Eurogroup was notified that my container was on its way from US, Hannah Hobbs alerted me and kept me informed throughout the exercise. The container arrived yesterday at the depot, precisely on schedule and the unpacking team followed a few minutes later. All over within forty minutes. Very happy with service from start to finish.

I have been trying to contact them for a few weeks now to no avail. Even creating a ticket which is constantly sent to someone who no longer works there.
