I recently relocated my family, wife and 2 boys from the USA to Scotland. All our interactions with Chelsea were very pleasant and helpful, Chelsea was responsive, efficient and provided us with accurate information. Our shipment was delivered on time, and they in fact sent 2 crews to unload our container into our storage unit. Highly recommend Eurogroup.

My wife and I recently relocated from South Africa to the UK.Eurogroup International were partnered with the company which packed, collected and despatched our possessions. This process was completed effectively and efficiently. As soon as the container was on the vessel bringing our shipment to the UK, Eurogroup International became responsible for keeping us informed every step along the way. Frankie Hand was the person assigned to do so. I must congratulate her and the whole team that she represents on the brilliant way we were kept informed as to where our shipment was in the process, and what we needed to do. Everything is now safe and sound in the UK. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring their services. A huge 'thank you' to Frankie and Team Eurogroup International.

From the very 1st email from Frankie till my shipment was delivered, I have had a fantastic experience. Frankie was in constant communication with me and kept me updated and in the loop of my belongings and what was needed from my side. After my shipment arrived in the UK, Frankie emailed me to let me know that it is going through customs. Right after it had been cleared, my shipment was on the next available truck to my house. Frankie made this process stressfree. When the guys came to drop off my belongings, they handed me my inventory checklist and as they brought the boxes into our garage, they called out the number of the box and I just had to tick that it is there. The guys that delivered my goods gave me a 30min courtesy call to let me know that they're on their way and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a terrible experience with the shipping company from South Africa, but as soon as my things were transfered to EuroGroup, I had the best experience. Thank you so much Frankie and team!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Frankie Hand from Eurogroup International Movers. She was very patient with my indecision about storing/delivering my goods, and quick to solve our parking challenges once we made our decision to have it delivered. From our shipping leaving SA to receiving our delivery in the UK was four months. The service that we received from this company has been excellent.

Under the direction of the incredibly helpful, patient, and communicative coordinator Frankie, our service was seamless, easy, and secure. We really appreciated how promptly Frankie answered our questions and emails, and the delivery guys were similarly friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

What a pleasant experience. When relocating it is always stressful and complicated. Well, we have just received our container part-load in the UK ex South Africa and what a feeling of joy. The relocations company has been prompt with all communicating and enquiries effectively answered. (Zaza in South Africa from S.A. Relocations and Frankie in the UK from the Euro Group) The South African side went smoothly and like clockwork, from first enquiry to order and through to collection and dispatch. Pricing and associated matters were understood with no surprises. This was repeated in the UK, Team members dealing with us were always friendly and responsive. The delivery Team of Glen and Stratton did not disappoint either - they are good at what they do, are respectful young men and have a friendly demeanor. I recommend this company to anyone who has the decision to make on relocating.

I don't leave positive feedback very often, but I have to say my experience using Euro Group was exceptional and deserved of this review.
The process was so easy, from the customs documentation through to the physical delivery of the items it was all breeze. The delivery staff were pleasant, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Special thanks go to Frankie Hand, who dealt with all the admin and paperwork and answered the myriad of questions, must have the patience of a Saint!!
It is a worrying time trusting people with your possessions, but have to say that I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending these guys (and gals) to others.

My family used this service for international shipping and I can recommend. On the receiving end, I was assisted by Frankie Hand, who made the process very easy and arranged everything.

The police are investigating a shipment dispute of mine which has now escalated to a fraud investigation as they believe a scam is going on between Eurogroup and British International Removals (BIR) of South Africa. Searching removalreviews + the-eurogroup-international-movers-1972 shows a completely different set of reviews of very unhappy customers who have experienced the same kind of ransom hold up I’m experiencing with my shipment from Eurogroup. This alleged scam is with BIR who also have mostly shocking reviews of corresponding incidents. Look at sirelo + co.za + british-international-removals. Since I’ve mentioned to Eurogroup that I’m having the police etc, investigate my 4+year late tiny shipment of 3 cubic meters that has suddenly incurred extortionate extra costs in the £1000s, they have gone quiet along with BIR too. Be aware of a different side to this company before using them would be my opinion.

I have honestly never experienced this level of service. A company is made up by the people who work there, I therefore have to single one person out, Ms Frankie Hand. She went past just doing her job, no matter my request she just went about sorting things. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. I will spread the word far and wide

From the time my shipping arrived in the UK, using the storage facilities and until I was finally able to take my shipping out of storage, I had the most wonderful service. Frankie went over and above to assist in everything and the day my goods were delivered, it was done with a smile and completely efficiently.
