What made it a pleasure dealing with the Eurogroup was the help I received from their consultant Frankie Hand. I had a major problem with the company who handled the South African part of my move to Scotland, Re-Locations International Movers. Frankie Hand went out of her way to assist in a happy conclusion of the matter.

Eurogroup, and specifically Miss Frankie Hand handled our move so professionally. She gave us updates and things ran like clockwork. If I ever emigrate again, I'll have them by my side.

Eurogroup handled the importation of our container from Singapore. Chelsea Carter did a great job of keeping me up to date with what was going on and organised a fabulous team of movers from Red Lion Removals of Cardiff.
Everyone worked hard to get us into our house before the bank holiday weekend and the team assembled our beds and bookshelves quickly and carefully.

The Eurogroup handled the UK side of my goods from SA. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Frankie Hand was brilliant in keeping us informed and updated every step of the way. The efficiency & frequency of communication was top-notch.

Our goods were delayed at port & that would've caused us significant panic. But because Frankie made sure were fully updated all the way, we were calm.

Our delivery was made yesterday and our goods were handled with care; even by the team who did the delivery!

The SA side was handled by SA Relocations; just an FYI.

The level of communication was suffienct to feel confident that the consignment was being well handled though the entire process of loading , arrival, custom clearance and delivery.
The delivery was executed by two very helpful and polite young men. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring transport of personal effects.

After moving to the UK from Texas, I was very concerned about the arrival of our crates. I was kept informed every step of the journey, especially by our coordinator Miss Frankie Hand. She understood my concerns about the smaller streets over here vs truck sizes and the delivery instructions I gave were followed and made the crate delivery easy. The 2 men unloading our boxes were very pleasant and courteous also. Great experience!

I was very pleased with the service received. Chelsea was wonderful and kept me up-to-date with the status. I was also very pleased with the two gentlemen, Ali and Jordan, who unloaded my things. They went above and beyond.
