I read some conflicting reviews and was a little worried about legitimacy of the vendor and the quality of the product. However, everything was as promised. The dad journal was exactly as pictured and the item arrived as promised. Shipping took a month, but I did receive some notification updates.

I bought the mom and dad combo as a gift to myself and my husband so we can start filling it out together for our daughter. The books arrived quickly and in pristine condition. They are intuitive and fun to fill out. I had no issues at all with ordering or shipping.

Bought 2 of the 'Tell Yout Story' books for my parents for Christmas.

An amazing gift for them to share their memories and history as a keepsake and tribute to the past!

The quality of the book and the sentimental nature/value of this product is amazing! When I gave it to my father he was overjoyed and wanted to start filling it out right there and then.

Bought 2 books as Christmas gifts for my husband and I to do together for our kids. We love them!! Have been a great activity to work on together & separately. While knowing we will get to pass them down to our little ones when they grow up.

Easy ordering process, great product

I had ordered 2 books mum and dad stories. My mum has mnd and its important to me that my nephew know who his grandparents are. He lives far away. I waited for delivery. Got the notification that it had been delivered, but it was no where to be found. I contacted that Cove, we both did the research with the carrier company's. Australia Post never got back to me. I told That Cove, my story as why I was upset , but knew it was not their fault. They offered to resend them at no charge to me. I don't know many companies that care like that. I recommend them to everyone . Best company ever.

Knowing and having a loved ones life lived aided with pictures and really a part of them for my kids and then their kids.

This is a great book that I truly hope will get my dad talking more about his earlier life. He’s been diagnosed with cancer and not doing so well. Receiving this book at Christmas sure did make him smile though. It was so nice to see that

So unfortunately I’m one of those cases where I’ve had a lot of ups downs and a lot of negative experiences. So when I started weighting down my story I realized I had to choose what version of it I wanted my family to know. So o felt I needed to buy myself two or three. So I could tell the good, the bad, and the ugly. So I could really open up and be honest. I bought one for me one for my husband and one for my father in law ( I wish I knew about these when my parents were still alive there’s so much I’d like to know) . My husband and father inlaw had no issues filling there’s out but with mine I didn’t want to muddle it , I had a great life but a lot of “adventures” . I want my son to one day know it all , but I feel there’s the censored for his teen years then a more open one for his 25-30 ish years then when I’m gone the “ ugly” what to watch for with your kids warning signs and possible out comes and the reasons I knew these things. And what I learned and how I wish I had dealt with things. There’s so much I don’t want to scare him from having his experience”s or scare him to never do things because of possible out comes. But I feel there’s certain times in his life to find out these things. I’ve had a very full life from being sent to a dormitory at the age of 12-13 that was 4 hours from home to being on the carnival, going to jail ( and how to not go to jail!) being an addict and recovery being a Gypsie and traveling some way deeper things I don’t want to mention here lol, and then my journey to becoming a better person, a mom, a step mom and step grand mom and so on. When and how I got clean, or started my career, want him to one day know it all but not till he’s really ready for it. So I feel that for some of us there should be a 2-3 book option . called the good the bad and the ugly. But a side from that this really opened my eyes to the things I wish I knew about my parents. I feel this is a beautiful way to bond with my father inlaw when filling his out ( he don’t read or write so I got to really know him while filling it out together) and my sons fathers life ( which was hard in totally different ways from mine) but I did purchase two more books to fill out so one day my son will really know it all , when he’s ready. Then he can choose what things to tell further generations when there ready. But best of all great grand children and great great grand kids will have a chance to read about what kinda of person I was and the things I went through. I only ever knew one grand parent ( Grama on moms side) and with both my parents gone by the time I turned 40 there’s so many questions I’ll never have answers to. This was a great way to make sure my son doesn't feel the same way. This was a great experience for me. thank you. I’ll be buying one or two for my son to fill out as well so he can tell his story as it happens .

I enjoyed the experience. I will say a backcover thing to say explaining it would be useful. Some may also take the book as a joke or something morbid so resting that assure as well as stressing the importance of not rushing the answers. Because, I fear my parents might rush through the prompts like an exam instead of an insightful memory bank with all sorts of beautiful gold. anyways yeah id like 500$
