I bought the mom and grandmother books for mine. I want them to pass their stories and history to my daughter. You never know when life will hit you, and I desperately want her to remember the people who gave her almost 1/2 of their day for the first 4 years of her life.

After my grandfather passed I regretted not getting these sooner so before another tragedy I got these for my mother, father and grandmother I couldn’t be happier with the purchase or the product

Scam website.

Didn't sent product. Applied for a refund from AMEX. They disputed the refund, saying it was "delivered" evidence given was just of their backend website order. Still no delivery. QR code for signature on delivery doesnt work. scam.

I will be resubmitting my dispute to get my money back.

Unbelievably low quality.

Absolute scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It's straight from China. They list a Wyoming address on the website, but when you order you wait weeks from china. Then you get the books and they are complete garbage, nothing like the website. You try a do a return and they want to to ship the trash back to china on your dime. The positive reviews and the "thoughtful vibe" is all fake.

Firstly, this is the only purchase I made outside major retailers with my credit card recently, and a few days after I bought 2 books from here my card info was stolen and used overseas.

Book pictured is a thick hardback book, which is should be at the price. Book delivered is a thin paperback that asks really bad questions, and at points asks the same question about 5 times on one page. One entire page is "how do you take your coffee?" Followed by another question that takes up an entire page for no reason. Book is either made by AI and not checked for QA, or Book is more likely made by a foreign grifter company, since it was shipped by a Chinese name. "Zhangsong"

I order a book for my mother on December 8 for Christmas, That Cove says "In Transit " in New Jersey on December 12, It's now December 26, they say "In Transit, but its in New Jersey still, I contacted them 3 times, only reply from them is cricket..

The real books you receive are 1/4” thick, by 5” x 8”. Thin, cheap quality paperback books. Oh and the “gift wrapping” is a small 20 cent red bag tossed in the package. None of these books look like what the website shows.

I wish I would I would have dug a little deeper for reviews. I saw these beautiful books, thought they would make great presents for Christmas. I purchased three, waited a month, haven’t received anything. I email them to check status and they say unfortunately they cannot find my order in their system. Here I am, days always from Christmas, and I’m praying for a miracle , and the reality is they haven’t even been sent or processed. I’m so sad and disappointed that they can scam customers out of time and money and still be able to advertise. Please do not go through the same terrible experience as others have written about. It’s all true — total scam

Great books. great customer service

They advertise as a family-focused holiday gift. There is no "personal family touch" to anything. The books are small and low quality paperbacks made in and shipped from China. Shipping of course, takes forever because of this. So they also will not make it on time for Holiday shipping. ThatCove has nothing to do with any of the process. This whole "company" is just a dropshipping shell. There's no way all the 5 star reviews weren't paid for. If you look at some, you will see accounts with only one review talking about completely unrelated things. Avoid dealing with this company, it is essentially a scam.

I bought two "tell me your story" books for my mom and dad before Thanksgiving. A month later, after many messages to customer support and a lot of updates to my expected delivery time, it still shows as being states away like it has been for three weeks and is being returned to sender. I was not notified of this and when I tried to get a refund I was denied.

I could not have asked for a better gift at a better time. Finding a meaningful gift is often a gift in itself and this one landed on my lap just in time.

I thought the book I purchased for my mother was a waste of time as my mother passed before I could give it to her buying.hsve purchased one for my dad which was stolen from my house ,, anyway I just thought the idea of asking personal questions they can answer in their own time was. Is the best way to remember and learn who they were. Love your work team with all the terrible things happening in the world and then there's the cove team hats off to you all ..

Overall, it's a great guide for getting to know your dad and his life. There are some editing errors, but overall, it's been useful.
