Great product, great people.

The product was delivered quickly and when I thought it hadn't arrived, the customer service was excellent!

The books were great, but delivery was a little slow and arrived after Christmas even though I ordered like 6 days before but I understand the holiday traffic

Was very quick delivery and got it for my mum she loved it! Great timing 🙏

order got here fairly quick. was exactly what i ordered. the family members i got it for all seemed to really love the idea and are excited to get started on filling it out for me. only reason it’s not five stars is bc it’s an american company - FÜCK TRUMP - and charged me american dollars instead of offers canadian, oh well 🤷‍♀️

The only problem I had is y’all sent me two books but it was a personal error not yours, shipping wasn’t as fast as I thought but it still shipped, overall I’m happy with the book…

I ordered last minute for my parents during the busy holiday season and still received my order pretty promptly with no real complaints so thank you! 🙏 Take care.

Simple purchase, and exactly as described.

I didn't expect this gift to be such a hit! I purchased the Life Story Cards and Your Story Mom. Immediately after opening it, dad wanted one too. My only complaint is that it's paperback and the journal arrived bent because it was shoved in a bubble wrapped folder.

This is a great gift for you or a loved one. You are all getting something from this. Learning new stories, new adventures to share forever. These can be handed down for generations. Wish I would have done this sooner for more family members.

I like the style of the clothes. I own 5 large heavy tees(all colors) and 2 run larger than the rest. The chinos are cool but I wish they had more room around the calf, there is also an inconsistency with sizing with them.

My parents loved the books and have been actively working on them. We have had some great conversations!

These books will allow my children to know about their grandparents on a personal level. It is really cool reading their stories. A MUST get!!

I had unknowingly ordered 4 of the same books when actually I wanted one of each title. I explained it to cove and they immediately took note and corrected the mistake. Their response time was immediate and greatly appreciated. I would definitely use and recommend the cove to anyone.
