Contacted Tesco to advise a product had been out of stock for a while and was advised it was not being stocked due to poor sales. They arranged for a delivery of the product to my local store and it arrived within 2 working days. Cannot ask for better service. Thank you so much

Security guard kick us out for no reason we try to go into the shop we did nothing we told them it wasn’t us. We didn’t do anything and we even said to check cameras in case they mixed us up with someone else they didn’t let us in and kick us out. And my mother was very disappointed didn’t get her the groceries. She asked.for

Offers at the shelves don't equate at the checkout despite having a club card. Happens much too often.

My biggest problem is that on going through My Favourites which are the items I most frequently buy about 50 to 60% of the items are either unavailable or no longer part of the Tesco Range. I find this infuriating because it means I have to do a second shop i.e. go to the butchers or Dunnes Stores for the items that are missing.

I shopped in Tesco Express in Fairview today; Helen, the shop assistant, was very helpful and went above and beyond to be of assistance.

Tesco's made their online delivery absolutely useless. I used to order large amounts and now the quantity has a maximum amount of items , you just lost a customer. I order of supermarkets like Dunnes and SuperValu that don't have a maximum. Your online delivery is not helping anymore in any aspect absolutely stupid......

I was informed by your support team that my Whoosh order had been left at the fire exit on the wet floor. When I went to check this location immediately after the call, there was no delivery there.

I’m very concerned about this-if the order is meant to be handed over securely, why is a delivery code required to give to the driver, if they are going to leave the bags unattended outside on the street?

Leaving groceries at a fire exit, on a wet floor, without confirming receipt using the code is not acceptable.

Tesco shouldn’t allow this, I asked a refund and I’m never gonna order from Tesco again.

Price gouging at its finest. Tesco make hundreds millions each year to add to their billions in profit by selling your data. If you think for a second you're getting a good deal you're wrong. Always plenty of staff standing around in stores and never enough tills open because they want to herd you to the self scan till like sheep and make you do the work yourself. Just remember you're better than that and deserve more.

Fingers smell like used car tyres/rubber/synthetic who knows what after detaching the leafs(specifically fingers used for that) and eating "Tesco Strawberry 227G" ? Seriously, what's on or in it ??? I will never get any "fresh fruits" from you again.

Overcharged once again, although a customer service person that can do their job. Hallelujah
Loads of staff no reason for mistake even manager was in same isle checking items, who in my past experience with is unfit for manager.
Still nice to know an actual customer service attendant that can do there job.
Still not nice being overcharged as I said to the attandent this is not the first time ovcharged by same store ?

Me and my friend were on a strict time limit to not our bus. When we stopped in the Mahon Point Tesco, we needed to refill our blood sugar we spent FOREVER looking for the sweet isle section (the whole shop is a maze) multiple members of staff ignored us as we searched clearly in distress, we even tried asking for help and yet again ignored. When we finally reached the isle everything was incredibly expensive. We picked up what we needed even so, and made our way to the till, only two tills were open even though there were loads of people there lines were massive (OPEN MORE TILLS CLEARLY!!!!!!) we were waiting for a ages combined with the time to find the isle, and we had about 5 minutes remaining. We began to feel impatient but we didn’t complain. Then the shop keeper (who before this was moving purposely slow, stalling, and giving us dirty looks just like the other workers might I add) left SHE LEFT HER TILL AT THE BUSIEST TIME OFF DAY TO GOSSIP/DISTRACT OTHER WORKERS (they were not discussing work subjects) AND DID NOT RETURN half way through checking out someone’s shopping. Leaving us all waiting, me and my friend eventually left with nothing, but it is impossible to leave without buying something.

Did €340 shop in balbriggan, found double charging over home in D3. Contacted customer care and they insist we do a 1hr plus return trip to get a refund. After making some way with 1 customer rep (Stephen) by email, a different rep (Paraic) comes back to say, go to store where originally bought. Like he didn't bother looking at previous correspondence.

So, not only did tesco over charge, they are now wasting my time with nonsense suggestions.

Over the years, tesco have made numerous mistakes with our bill, but not once had their error been in our favor, which make you suspect how innocent these mistakes are.

Staff in Tesco Edenderry are lovely and supportive. Had an issue with my coupons and had the issue sorted quickly

I found a maggot in my tesco ceasar salad.

Just been in to the Clarehall store, the amount of products that have skyrocketed in price since before Christmas is unreal, its a NO from me, Dunnes are the most reasonable on prices, which is where I went when I left your shop emptyhanded.

On the whole I've shopped at Tesco for ages. But recently I feel like the quality is dropping a bit. When buying some fish it can be a little odd putting me off at times.

Hi maynooth tesco I know your an English company but today i had a m16 experience behind me at a checkout then followed me to the underground carpark before all that happened i was cased at the checkout by 3 young girls trying to make a show of me I eventually paid and walked for elevator stairs where I was still followed i got to McDonald's carpark and still staked by a member of staff it's Xmas eve im a well known soldier and if they thought i didn't no what was going on im degusted by there behaviour

Excellent so happy to do a weekly shop here now in the new Howth store, can get my Top up in phone and loads more,very clean store, friendly staff, plenty of car parking and self serving tills. Thanks

Dodsboro store.Bought €200 in clothes including a jacket, pjs, jumper etc. 1ST off as belt had spillages I asked if she coud remove the items from the basket. Received a very disdainful look for this reasonable request. They only had small paper bags and were telling me to buy plastic, well u should have paper for clothing. Bags were ripping they were so flimsy. Anyhow went out door bags in hand n it beeped. The cashier insisted she had removed tags. It turns how she had failed to remove 5 tags. I had a receipt, thankfully. Another staff member went thru bags and had to use machine to detect them all. Customer Service is all but gone, no apology or accountability whatsoever.

I've had rotten fruit and vegetables. Frozen and fresh goods due to expire.

They never come at the correct delivery slots.

Use Dunnes or another service. Abysmal
