The staff Tesco Nutgrove. was following me and staring while paying for the shop on the tail self service, he came to the machine I was using without requesting their help, he wanted to charge me for my own bag. I had to say that was mine. Then, a second staff also came to the machine, saying I needed to unlock the keyboard I bought, when I asked her if she could do that, she asked if I had paid for it. Really ? What kind of question is that, when both staff was starring while I was packing and paying my shop. So I had to remove the things from the bag to find the receipt and show that her that was paid. Very inconvenient treatment. Two staff around me while I was paying on a self service tail, where you supposed to only interact with staff if required. There was more machine and they were only around the non white person there. Shameful!

the store i use is in roscrea the product i bought is standard i would think it being tesco own brand ie a pizza, been on this planet many years, in my opinion the worst pizza i ever ate, tastes of nothing and worst thing i have ever eaten, went in the bin made family something different. what is the point making something that is this bad, just means you are not going to sell more.

Selected 3 for 2 mix and match products from a shelf with signage proclaiming '3 for 2' underneath all of the products on display. However at the till I discovered that one of these was excluded from the offer. I went back to check and yes, of the 7 or 8 types (different deli style things like hummus etc), one I had chosen was not listed. It wasn't pointed out as excluded, but it wasn't included. Thus is super fine print and just a bit shabby. Leaves a bad taste.

Trying to get an online club card is a three ringed circus. I had to give up, sign out and delete the App. About as fruitful as two blind men in a coal cellar looking for a black cat that isn't there. Don't waste your time. Really Tesco? Is that the best you can do?

Tesco Ballinrobe - the team are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I specifically shop there even though there is a closer Tesco store to me.

I am always amazed how stupid people are to be shopping Tesco, they definitely have more money than sense.

I wrote an email of complaint to Tesco about a truly appalling 'Lewis & Green' Chocolate Cake, which was dry & tasteless to the point that the lot went in the bin. I received a reply telling me that the matter was referred to the appropriate division, and I awaited further correspondence. I contacted them a few weeks later again as I had heard nothing further. A scripted and patronising reply said that was it!!!! Seemingly, the passing of my complaint to the relevant department was 100% of their complaints handling process!!!!!!!!! This was not my first experience of the arrogance of this organisation and the disrespect it shows to its customers. However, very thankfully, Dundalk has several alternative grocery shops that we will support in the future.

ADAMSTOWN LUCAN STORE..there self service tills are a scandal and a money trap..many of customers forget there change in the blind spot change machine which gives out notes because you dont see the notes you have.to tuck your fingers in to take it but I like many more have forgotten my note change and its annoying because things are tight enough these days to be at a lost of money..now I have raised this issue many of times with the non existing manager who you never I mean never see on the floor about this issue and putting some sort of sign up to remind customers dont forget your notes change in the hidden Tesco money trap but im been ignored and im also told the self scan tills are the same everywhere but there not because Tesco liffey valley and Tesco Hill crest and the square you can see yoir change of notes pop out..surely Tesco have some duty..but watch they will ignore it yet again as always..shocking store ADAMSTOWN

Just got my shopping delivered to me by a lovely young man. He was ontime , offered to carry my shopping in if I needed and we had a great chat. Wish there were more people like him out there. Not sure if he was from the Wicklow or arklow branch , presuming wicklow. Anyway credit where credits due he's doing a great job. Also tesco had all the products I ordered. Delighted . Tanya.

When I tried to log in to Tesco.ie, it told me it didn't recognise my password. When I clicked on "reset password," it said, "This e-mail is not registered." So I clicked "Register for a new account." It then told me, "This e-mail address is already registered." You can't make this stuff up.

The only way for me to make a purchase was to create a new account using an e-mail address I don't normally use. Since doing that, I've found the selection to be good and the deliveries to be pretty reliable. My only complaints are that:

1. They don't keep their inventory very well updated. Sometimes a product I ordered will not be delivered because it's out of stock. However, when I look on Tesco.ie, it's listed as available.

2. The "fresh" herbs were anything but. This is probably because they're weren't put with the refrigerated items, where they belong.

I placed an online grocery order and ordered one 100ml product because that is the quantity I needed. Tesco substituted it with two 50ml products — exactly the same total quantity — but charged me almost twice the price.

I only noticed the substitution after the delivery driver had already left. I was at work when the email with the changes was sent, and by the time I finished work, the driver was already arriving, so I didn’t have the opportunity to check it beforehand.

I contacted customer service to explain the situation. I was told that because I had “accepted” the substitution, they could not refund the difference and that my only option was to return the products. The problem is that I actually need the product, so returning it doesn’t solve anything.

What I find particularly frustrating is that Tesco’s substitution policy does not make it clear that a customer can be charged almost twice as much for the same total quantity of a product. Apparently, I am expected to somehow anticipate that a substitution could work this way.

I won’t be ordering from Tesco again. There are plenty of other supermarkets where I can shop without having to worry that a substitution will unexpectedly double the price of what I ordered.

Why are your toilets always in a state of uncleanliness?
It isn't a once off. It's been going on for years.
Even your disabled toiled is a disgrace.
These toilets are right beside a cafe. I don't understand how the health inspectors allow this to continue.

I received an email after my latest visit to one of their Tesco stores asking me to fill out a survey and that I would receive 25 points to my clubcard and would be entered onto a draw to win €250 worth of shopping. I wasted my time filling out the survey and giving them my details and when I checked to see if I got my 25 points they weren't there in my app. I then contacted their on line chat to be told it can take up to 40 days to receive your 25 points. I told her it didn't say any where in the email or on the survey that it would take that long to receive them. I got no satisfaction for her whatsoever and was told they would log my concerns. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour to a loyal paying customer who have shopped with them for years.😡 Aldi will be getting more of my custom from now on. Also all the Gluten Free items are gone so expensive and the dates on them are so short when it comes to the bread. Tesco in a whole have gone so expensive. Alot more expensive then Aldi which is where il be shopping from now on!

They constantly, and most likely deliberately, deliver fresh meat that is just a day or so away from its useby date. I hand these back to the driver's all the time and have to be refunded. It really makes me wonder how many people get caught out by their egregious little scheme, especially the elderly. It should be illegal from a food safety standpoint but they get away with it because technically the meat was in date when sold.

Horrible way to run your company. I've never seen this behaviour from Dunnes or SuperValu. I guess they have more integrity and are less about exploiting customers.

Holiday ruined....weeks shopping delivered to wrong house....avoid.

Won’t be getting Tesco delivery anymore. I am a Nenagh customer and just received my order from Tesco. I had ordered floor cleaner and Persil washing liquid and they were both in a crate on top of cold meats, cheese, veg and other perishable and odour absorbent products. This is the fourth time this has happened. Not worth the hassle.

Due to illness, I am not able to do most shopping and I rely on Tescoes. And it is increasingly poor service. I have endless problems with using my cards on line, and I have also been told that food will be delivered at a certain time but it does not turn up. Staff are pleasant but not at all helpful. Increasingly, items that I want to buy are out of stock.. and I have to put up with losing them.

I have been a Tesco customer for 20+ years. Recently, I have been using the Whoosh delivery service for small purchases instead of popping around myself. I came across an issue on June 23rd, I was charged far too much and had missing items in the delivery. I ordered 5 items to the sum of 15.74e, plus the 3.99e delivery fee.

The first issue was on the payment page, apparently I had exceeded the weight limit and was forced to reduce the size of my order, so I did. The second issue was also on the payment page, the total was itemised to the value of 15.74e + 3.99e, but the total didn't add up, the total said it was 25 euro exactly. This has happened before and it usually just takes the correct amount from my account. However, it took 21.73, which didn't make sense. I thought the extra charge would be reverted, as sometimes mistakes happen.

The delivery arrived without an item that cost 6.99e +90c (Dr pepper six pack). The payment didn't change, so I contacted customer care and explained I was charged too much. The payment was revised and some money went back into my account, but not the correct amount. I asked customer care why the numbers didn't add up, and as it turns out, the items cost more when you use the whoosh service. This is not visible, nor made apparent when you are purchasing, so you don't know what the price of each item is until you're sent a receipt by email, which is extremely dodgy. This hadn't been the case in previous orders, so I was very confused. They also added an extra two euro "minimum basket charge", even though I was forced to reduce the size of my order.

I explained everything to the customer service reps through email. They explained that the issue with the extra fee was that, when an order is under 15 euros, they add this fee. I explained that my original order was over 15 euro, and it wasn't my fault they couldn't send the Dr.Pepper. I fully expected them to return the 2 euro, as I never agreed to pay the fee. Instead they have refused to acknowledge that it was their mistake and are going to keep my money. It's not a lot of money, the amount isn't the point. It's all very deceptive. Listing prices and then charging another price without telling you, and adding fees without your consent. That's not OK in my book, it's very shady. I really can't believe the blatant shady behaviour of such a reputable supermarket. Get it together Tesco. You've lost a customer over very little money, I hope it helps.
