Good initial sales estimate from Steven and a fairly quick turnaround. Unfortunately, since the boiler has been installed, a week ago we have had a cold radiator. Now while one cold radiator is not a huge issue, 4 calls and 2 no- shows to fix it have soured the experience. Also leaving the old boiler and all the cardboard boxes on my driveway for 5 days which I also mentioned in the calls was a bit disappointing. At this moment we are still waiting for the cold radiator to be fixed. Was going to ask for a quote for a new build project I have but after the continuous need to be chasing up small things which should have been taken care of on the installation day I probably won’t. Friendly staff but obviously an overstretched business chasing its tail.

Fast response, a really great engineer attended and a reasonable price paid to fix my boiler. Highly recommend using this company

In the past week I've used Terry Healy Group for new windows and doors installation and for repairs to my gas boiler. Both teams were excellent, the new windows & exterior doors were installed by Danny and his team, they were fast, friendly, kept the distribution to a minimum and tied up all the mess afterwards. I also had Adrian from the Heating Division fix my boiler after Scottish Gas let us down, I did have boiler protection with Scottish Gas but I'll now be switching that service to the Terry Healy Group as they were able to send an engineer out within 24 hours of me contacting them, Adrian was able to identify the issue, advise on the repair costs and order the new parts and get them installed all within a couple of days. Holly in the office kept me up to date with time frames etc and was very pleasant and knowledgeable too.
Fantastic service from the whole team and would highly recommend to anyone.

David did a great job , he called ahead to say when he would arrive. He was very efficient and fixed 3 radiators we were having issues with. He was very nice and friendly and knowledgeable.

Fast efficient service.
All carried out on day advised, call from engineer advising time at property, which allowed me to call home and advise time to expect engineer to carry out the service on the boiler.

I’ve had to use two different departments of Terry Healy Group in the last couple of weeks. I have to say the service is first class, it definitely is a one stop shop! In future, any problems and I won’t hesitate to give them a call.
