A mixed review because what Terry Healy do well, they do really well....but there's room for improvement.

We recently asked for someone to come and have a look at our hot water tank because it makes noises.....get a quote for whatever work needed doing and we also wanted a quote for a new boiler.

When the plumber came round, he explained that he just needed to drain the tank and refill it.....there was no mention of cost whatsoever. We've recently moved from England and if this had happened where we lived before, the work would have been done for free (otherwise you mention the cost up front). He wasn't at our house for long and it's sometimes a good will gesture, especially as we were talking about a new boiler. A week or two later....... suddenly an invoice for £99 for an "on-demand" job..... I'm less than impressed!

We had another gentleman come round to quote the boiler replacement and he was absolutely amazing (both plumbers were) and knew his stuff.....however, we haven't actually received the quote of how much it would be to do the work for the boiler as of yet.

While their service and work is great, the admin and customer service behind the actual work needs serious improvement.

Our experience with this company was very professional. They offer a great service. They surveyed the property and quoted a competitive price for the work. Gave detailed info regarding the work. A few days later the boiler was fitted. All waste was cleared after installation, very professional.

Adi provided a very professional and efficient service. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me useful advice regarding my heating system.

2nd time I’ve used Terry Healy Group and both times have been a pleasant experience I would’ve gave 5 stars but initially wokman went to wrong street and then booked in again and they double booked me but apart from that such an easy company to work with and would use again

SSE have now outsourced their boiler servicing to the Terry Healy Group and it's near my end of the city. The company were extremely swift at arranging to install a new boiler and complete it before my catarct op, for which I am so grateful since I had been without heating and hot water for just over a week.
All the engineers, sales people and office staff have been extremely patient and helpful, especially since every new system works differently. For me it has been somewhay complicated since I couldn't study instructions to begin with because my eye was still sore from the op and you are not supposed to bend your head. An engineer was kind enough to come out again and go over the computerised timer with me.

Friendly and efficient and arrived at the time arranged. A wee bit pricey but fixed the problem OK.

Great service. Booked and carried out within 2 days. Work needing done was completed on the day in addition to the service to save me having to wait in for another tradesman another day.

Invoice sent quickly very efficient.

My only very small criticism would be that the online system allows you to select a specific time and when this was followed up by a phone call the times were morning or afternoon. I had a school pick up but there was a note added to the file to say that I would get a call in advance to make sure that I could collect my child from school.

Your gas boiler team (including your handyman) were hardworking and cheery despite a few challenges. I definitely would recommend your Company.

No complaints about the work done, and the engineers were friendly, dilligent and tidy about their work. However, on two successive occasions, an engineer arrived not being clear as to the work he was to do.

Adrian came and did the annual service on our boiler. He identified a part in the system that needed replaced, arranged for the replacement part and came back to fit it 2 days later. Adrian was very helpful, professional and efficient. Really happy with the service that we received.
