Elliot and his team arrived from Terry Healy Group on Monday at 9.30 they installed with a minimal of interruption to ourselves. A very professional team Elliot was very helpful and considerate in his work.
Elliot went through all the instructions with us when the work was completed on Tuesday.
Our house is now comfortably warm and our showers are good. Caroline

After a no show appointment yesterday, a phone call to Terry Healy office an engineer was here within 30 mins to service my boiler.Adrian the engineer did the service with no problems at all.He was very professional and efficient. We've had all our radiators replaced and once again, Terry Healy Group were fantastic. From the staff in the office, to the guys that came to do the work, nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, efficient, prompt and left the house as if there had never been any work having been done. Very reasonable price too. Recommend this company for all heating issues!

I had a problem with my boiler, but Adrian took over the repair and fixed the problem effectively and efficiently. Also, he explained the main reason for the boiler issue that he solved successfully.
Adrian was doing his very best and beyond!

After checking by phone if it was okay, the engineer arrived ahead of scheduled time (which suited me fine), and when he did arrive, was polite and and efficiently carried out the service on the boiler.

I was impressed by the helpful office staff who managed to get an engineer out quicker than I’d expected. Also, the engineer (Adrian) was methodical in his approach to identify and sort the problem. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful, office assistant called me back and we got an appointment booked which once she’d checked their system she confirmed to me by text. Engineer turned up as arranged, carried out what I felt was a thorough service check and gave me some helpful advice.
