We are immensely grateful to Andy, Heni, Jason, and Tiffany for their incredible help! A big shoutout to the developers for creating something so useful and cool. Setting up and testing the customization options—like text, paragraphs, image uploads, and image selections—feels nothing short of magical!

We thought only big-name companies could afford such a sophisticated personalization solution. But with Teeinblue, especially when paired with Tepo Product Options, it’s accessible to everyone. And it’s not difficult at all. Sure, we had countless questions, but the team patiently answered every single one to our utmost satisfaction!

Andy was incredible, tackling my endless questions with clear and detailed responses, complete with useful links, screenshots, and short video demos. He answered the most questions and his help was invaluable. Heni, a technical powerhouse, effortlessly resolved complex issues, like integrating GemPages and fixing our product page layout. Both Andy and Heni are true assets to the Teeinblue team.

Jason also made a significant impact by helping us fix the cart drawer functionality, ensuring it appears correctly after a user clicks “Add To Cart” from the preview popup. All of them deserve a huge raise, if you ask me!!! Double the pay!

We’ve researched other product customization options, but Teeinblue stands out for its phenomenal support, polished and easy-to-understand video documentation, and, of course, its AMAZING PRODUCT! Setting up mockup elements and positioning them is powerful and intuitive, thanks to their great developers.

We haven’t even explored all the features yet, like the ability to upload Photoshop PSD files to save time. We’ll dive into that soon. Plus, you can connect to a variety of POD (print on demand) services like Printify, giving you a deluge of products to customize.

The application is excellent, it takes the shopping experience to another level, enabling the creation of something unique, it has much more advantageous plans than the competition, which is why I chose them, I recommend it

Excellent app and fantastic customer service! They have a ton of videos to show you how to start adding personalization to the items in your store, and if you have any issues at all, you can just send them a message and they get back to you within 24 hours. You can also easily request new features. I've tried at least 5 other apps for personalization and this one is by far the best!

The app is simply great, it makes it possible for me to create my shop according to my ideas and take the shopping experience to a new level.

The many instructions make it easy to find your way around and it's a lot of fun to create your first artworks, especially if you're a graphic designer like me and create all of your own cliparts. If there is a problem the support will always help you.
