Very quick answers and always helpfull with fixing issues. TIB is also very easy to use with lot of functionalities. Lana, Aslan and Andy are great persons to work with.

We use the app for Canvas mockups, t-shirt designs, etc, with custom image and text. It takes a while to find out how it works. Things like: what is product base, artwork, how to set everything up. You have to invest some time to learn the rules of the app and get team support a few times and then you are good to go and get some custom design orders in!

Amazing app! I cannot express how excited I am to have found this one. I've tried so so many product customization apps throughout the years, but this is the one! Super helpful and very friendly customer service. They definitely go beyond to help out. It takes some time to figure out at first, but once you do, you've got it, and it's easy to set up new products. I absolutely love it and would recommend it 100% to anyone who wants customers to be able to personalize products on their site.

They will repeatedly bill your credit card and will not refund you even after you uninstall the app or even if they can clearly see that you never used their app. And will claim you forgot to uninstall. They have billed me $19 per month for nearly 2 years and will not refund my money. I have never ever used their app. And they confirmed that I have not used it. STAY AWAY!! Use another company that is more reputable and honest.

An excellent application that is always kept up to date and an outstanding service. Thank you very much!
